Customers are saying
Customers recognize the controller for its exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and highly customizable features. Users frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and tactile feel during extended gaming sessions. However, some owners have expressed concerns regarding the long-term durability of the buttons and the potential for stick drift. Despite these technical issues and the premium price point, many still consider it a high-quality addition to their gaming setup.

Perfect until flawed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love using these controllers but the longevity of the sticks before stick drift kicks in is killing me. On my second controller, the first one both sticks had serious stick drift that I could not handle and my Right Bumper became useless and stopped working. My second one now after six months my right thumb stick is now having stick drift making it impossible to use. Its perfect until issues arise.

Great controller just wears out quickly.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One on the best feeling controllers I have ever owned. The weight is perfect and the additional buttons on the back are awesome! I've had this controller for about 6 months and the A button isn't registering ever hit. I would definitely get the geek squad warranty with this product if you use it often. I walked in told them the button wasn't working and they gave me a new one. Great controller just wears out quickly.

Spend a little extra get the full kit
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quite a nice sturdy feeling controller. It weighs quite a bit more than a normal Xbox controller as it has a built in battery and is just made of heavier stuff. I wish the built in battery was removable as I play wired. All in all if a heavy controller doesn’t bother you I would get it. Swing for the complete set if you can core is nice but having all the extras would complete it.

So much better than series 1!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These seem to hold up better and are lighter! The built in battery lasts forever! And I love the magnetic charging dock!

Solid
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller makes the regular ones seem really cheap. You won’t want to go back and if you don’t like the finger buttons under, you can remove them. It’s great to be able to charge it via USB-C and not have batteries / battery packs Hands down the best controller and can’t wait for PlayStation’s version soon either. Well worth it and if you’re thinking about getting it, just do it
I would recommend this to a friend Unplayable with input delay
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great settings, feel, look etc. But for some reason there was Huge Input Delay. Completely unplayable, had to return and get a base controller that had no issues.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife bought this for me, along with several other peripheral items, and my new X Box X series, for Christmas 2025. It's been amazing! The sensitivity and ease of use is great. I most definitely would recommend and/or repurchase this controller/brand again!

Great buy
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one I bought was defective but only because the lowest input setting on the back of the controller wasn't working. I brought it back for a replacement and it works great. Worth the money for a great gaming controller.

You'll want to add an extended warranty with this!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller, love the customizability, but I've gone through several already with either stick drift developing, or, more recently, the left stick broke and would not return to center. Definitely way better than the stock Xbox controller, but hate the downtime of having to return to Microsoft to get fixed. I never purchased extended warranties, but DID end up buying the Best Buy one for this controller because they seem pretty prone to failure.
I would recommend this to a friend Don't hesitate!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refurbished controller works perfectly. Happy with my purchase.
