Customers are saying
Customers recognize the controller for its exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and highly customizable features. Users frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and tactile feel during extended gaming sessions. However, some owners have expressed concerns regarding the long-term durability of the buttons and the potential for stick drift. Despite these technical issues and the premium price point, many still consider it a high-quality addition to their gaming setup.

Quality controller
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is made from quality materials, and that is apparent from its weight and durability. I’ve used it a lot, and haven’t had any issues. There are some detachable small pieces so keep your children away.

V2 is nice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the v1 so had to get a v2. Consistently sold out until I got lucky. Wish I could pair it with a series x… (looking at YOU Best Buy). Would like to buy more stuff from Best Buy and not get threatened about my credit card being canceled from lack of activity cause BB can’t get merchandise in stock…

Amazing controller, BUT
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only thing stopping me giving this a 5/5 is Microsofts poor QC on these controllers. The bumpers or buttons will end up always going out on you. Other than that they're excellent controllers

Hoping this one lasts more than a year
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The one I had previously only lasted a year and a half which, of course, is outside of warranty. I'm hoping this one does better because I like how solid it is and the case it comes with. It also seems to have a better connection with my xbox than other controllers.
