Customers are saying
Customers recognize the controller for its exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and highly customizable features. Users frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and tactile feel during extended gaming sessions. However, some owners have expressed concerns regarding the long-term durability of the buttons and the potential for stick drift. Despite these technical issues and the premium price point, many still consider it a high-quality addition to their gaming setup.

It’s a Great controller but…
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s amazing been using it for a couple of days and i love it, but if you are a casual gamer honestly I would say dont get it, I play casually maybe three times a week, and even thought it feels nice in hand, it doesn’t really do much of a difference than my regular xbox controller,.

Mehh, still disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customization is great. Stick drift is still a massive problem. The Light up logo and color ability is neat. But for over $100 and the LS/RS hasn’t lasted a few months.

Great Controller, Bad Longevity
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great premium controller until it inevitably succumbs to the faulty buttons or stick drift. I’ve gone through three while keeping it maintained with the upmost care.

Great Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller, much better than the one that came with the Xbox. One thing to notice is that at first it was behaving weirdly with my MacBook and when I connected it to the Xbox it updated and solve the MacBook issues.

Improved on what the first generation offered
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent controller. I bought the first generation when it came out and a Geek Squad warranty (which was, and still is with any gaming peripheral, a necessity) and had to replace it multiple times. This controller, however, they improved DRASTICALLY on the quality. Same great features as the first generation, just updated and perfected this time around.

Great hardware, quality problems: buy the warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this is a fantastic controller to game on. The customizations, and weight / feel are as good as it gets. But the mechanical design is flawed. We bought three (2 elite, 1 elite 2). Elite thumb sticks have all failed, 2 we bought plus one replacement. elite 2 failed on right bumper, and left small Button by d pad.

Posted .Hey there,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. We're sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with it, though. Every new Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty from Microsoft so if it's still within the warranty period we recommend reaching out to Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,

Elite Xbox Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been playing on the original Xbox and still have it along with 360 and XBox 1X. This is by far the best Xbox controller I have ever owned and experienced. The feel and controllers are definitely elite compared to all the other Xbox controllers. It was recently in stock and on sale which was a bonus.

Do it. Don't think just do it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredible controller. On the small size, but before long you will not even notice it. It feels great in your hand, and always works perfectly. Easily the best controller I have ever owned. Is it a lot of money? Yes, but it is worth spending the extra cash on it

Great so far
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great so far, have only had it for about a month. I use it to play PC games, the plug and play is always simple for xbox controllers and this one is no different. I like the paddle buttons very much. Battery life seems fantastic so far, and the case is awesome.
