Disappointing

The first one I got had an inconsistent A button. I returned it for a replacement to Best Buy. The replacement had the same issue. I mapped the A button to another button and was able to deal with it for a while. I sent it back to MS for repair. They had it for 2 weeks when it came back, same issue. Then it started to just turn off in the middle of a game. This happens at least once a week now even when the controller has a full battery. This would be a great controller if it wasn't so unreliable. I will say when the controller works it is great. Best controller I've ever used, unfortunately it doesn't always work.

Here are the things that separate this controller besides materials: - Adjustable tension analog sticks - Shift key programming function (effectively double your amount of buttons) - true bluetooth - guaranteed to work with next gen console - pc and android phone usage (project xcloud) - case is the charger - can setup multiple button profiles to quick change between
