I fist got the fusion pro A so sadly this wasn’t my first experience with a paddle controller. Though I can say that this upgrade was very much worth every penny. Size and feel of the grips is spot on and the customization options software and the joy stick options are perfect!

Great price and awesome controller. Love the option to set up multiple custom layouts. My go to controller for Warzone.

If you had the First Version, Definitely get this One!!

Awesome, great upgrade from the first elite Controller

I had a razor wolverine before this, have to say it's awesome. Took a little getting used to but love the flexibility of it. Good job this is one for the books.

I have only been able to use the controller a few times but so far has been excellent. The almost unlimited configurations for different games/player styles makes it very versatile. The button mapping is very easy and informative. I would/have recommended to other X Box players.

Its amazing for the 2 months it works, past that is becomes horrible short battery life followed by the controller breaking almost 4 months in

Excellent upgrade coning fron the og xbox one controller. Familiar feel but a solid upgrade. Needed the ability to tighten the joysticks. And this delivers. Great job!

The rubber grip will peel off eventually and if you drop this control a FEW times it will really feel it. There's nothing elite about this controller at all. Plastic casing, Weak rubber grips, and abs thumb sticks that fall off so easily.

Excellent build quality, though some may experience quicker than usual LB or RB button malfunction, as I did. After opening it up and spraying some BW100 all is well

It’s a pretty solid controller the grips and the design are amazing and I love the fact that I can change my DPad and my left and right stick and adjust them to my liking. And I’ve had it for about almost 4 weeks now.

Great gift for my teenage grandson who loves gaming. He was so happy with all the extras that were above what he can do with a regular controller.

I want to love this controller but can’t. I had to sell it. I had issues with 2 controllers so far. Never had any issues with gen 1. Gen 2 issues: - Random disconnects - Double press on buttons I would still recommend it since it’s a great upgrade form the original controller

Kids say it’s best controller they’ve used, expensive.

Either my luck is bad, or the quality control of these controls are just plain awful. First purchased the controller at Best Buy Online, shipped to home (in record time), and as soon as I started using it, buttons would not register and would stick when pressing. Back to Best Buy for a refund because well...the stock just doesn't exist! Fast forward, Microsoft Store Online had the controller for sale. Hoped for better luck directly through them. WRONG! Same issue, buttons not registering, and sticking. Tried to go through Microsoft for an exchange but... Microsoft doesn't do exchanges, no instead they expect you to send the controller to them, they "repair" it an send it back to you, 10 to 15 days! A brand new, not even a day old controller has to be sent back for additional repairs. Do they perform RMA's and send a replacement while you send yours back...no they don't. If it was say 3 months of use I can justify that, but not straight out of the packaging and it's defective. The person running that whole show should be fired for backing up such ignorant policies. Be warned, this controller has seen many issues since launch, Microsoft chooses to ignore it, their customer support is by far the worst in the world (put on hold 4 times then hung up, wrong case numbers given, no e-mail correspondence). The only saving grace is Best Buy's exceptional return policy.
