Bought to replace my aging elite 1 controller. I was hesitant because of the internal rechargeable batteries as I prefer to change out batteries as needed for my own rechargeable ones.

Elite Series Core controller

If you’re fine with charging your controller on a wall outlet and don’t need any of the accessories that come with the Elite 2 controller or you’re replacing a broken Elite 2 controller, the Core controller is for you.

This on the other hand, had no issues. Also enjoy the interchangeable thumb sticks

They feel great in your hands and the quality is up there. A lot of customizable options and buttons. A little pricey but worth the price if you are a series gamer.

The drift is starting to show but as with any controller purchase it’s recommended getting the warranty extended through Best Buy.
