Custom tension is huge for me, as well as grips that arent falling apart.

I should have taken that as a red flag, as when i opened the box it was apparent why the product was returned in the first place. The cord looked like it had caught fire for the previous owner, and Best Buy didnt replace the cable despite the very obvious electrical fire that the USB-C portion of the cable had very clearly gone through. This product should have either been trashed or had a cable replacement done. Disappointed in what I recieved, but the controller looks and works fine aside from a lack of click on the right hand finger pedal. Would rate 2 1/2 stars if possible.

Little Pricy, but great controller

As soon as i got home i plugged it up and began to test it out. But when i was trying to aim in call of duty it didnt work like it should have. The character kept aiming in and out and stuttering. Unfortunately i think i picked a faulty controller. I have a older eilte controller and never had this issue. I bought this new one because the bumper on my older one stopped working. And so did the back buttons. So it was time for a new one.
