Love the features that it offers. Down side is I only had it 8months before the left joystick suffered from terrible drift. In addition I use it for PC and this could be an issue with my computers signal, but it suffers severally from bluetooth connections, ie missing button presses, delayed registering of button presses, or laggy input.

Just get the Best Buy Warranty and get it replaced after a year when it inevitably breaks, so you can buy one every other year than every year.

I bought last summer and it seemed to be fine then both bumpers stopped working. So I sent it into Microsoft for service under warranty. They sent me back a new controller which when I unpackaged had a completely different issue with the left thumbstick. How can they service the and send back a replacement only to have even more frustrating problems on the first day I opened it. This doesn't belong on the shelf it's not worth half what I paid.

Has a rechargable battery via USB C so that's a plus. My only issue is that it's still a typical Microsoft controller. After 3 months of light usage, both analog sticks were drifting. I had to put a bit of force into the left analog stick in order to register. I suggest getting the best buy replacement plan for this controller.
