This was marked as an open box item describe as perfect conditions which it was but the only issue was that the internal battery would only last 3hrs on a fully charge state and only around 2hrs and some minutes with wired headsets, controller was already up to date with the latest firmware, no other relating topics found relating battery issues, will return it and try a brand new one will let you know if same issues still present, other than that controller is good specially the grip and fell of the buttons.

Ordered the elite controller as an open box item in “excellent” condition. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was how filthy the controller was. There was dirt and skin particles on the triggers and in the grooves of the controller. This controller had been well used prior to being resold by Best Buy. Not only was it disgusting, but the right bumper was broken. I took it back to the counter and asked for another open box they had. Upon opening the box, the same story. A dirty controller, but this time the left trigger was broken. I again returned the item, and was told by the store clerk: “Yeah, don’t ever buy open box items from Best Buy, especially controllers. There’s a reason they were returned”. So, Best Buy is knowingly reselling broken items. Buyer beware.

Good feel, good weight, great options on control sticks. But the computer diaconnects when you play hardcore gaming pushing multiple buttons at once. For competitive online play that wont work 10 seconds you are vulnerable to be killed.update wont fix.

Works great. No issues. Easy to connect/link with my gaming system

Its a must have if you play on xbox. I cant go back to using a regular controller.

Love the feel - just have to learn all the things it can actually do.

This controller is amazing. It feels more sturdy than a normal Xbox one controller and has many good features.

Purchased an open box that was supposed to be in excellent condition. The look of the device looked well used and the right bumper was not responsive to anything other than a hard press. Had to return it to being unusable.

Its a great controller that definitely helps give me that competitive edge with the extra 4 programmable paddles. Plus being able to create so many profiles for different games is a great addition. Unfortunately, the LB/RB buttons wear out quickly, honestly too quickly in my opinion, and in competitive gameplay, a button press not registering on a device that is over $200 but purchased in July is atrociously poor quality on Xbox's part. Thankfully, and I highly suggest if you get this device, I had gotten a 2 year replacement plan.
