Love the controller but the B button sticks and when i tried to use protection plan there were none in stock. Then covid hit so hopefully next one indont run into same issue.

I had no choice but to buy this in order to finally be able to remap the trigger buttons to the face buttons. In a C6 incomplete quadriplegic and for years I prayed Xbox and Microsoft would let users remap the regular Xbox controllers trigger buttons but after baby years they still lock that feature behind the Elite and Elite core controllers. Being disabled and an advocate for gaming accessibility this is unacceptable and I wish more people would be aware of this. I use my Xbox One controllers on my Xbox Series X since it’s bigger and easier to use. I can’t open and use my fingers so I use my chin to control the left stick and my wrist/palm to control the right stick. So many games where I need to remap the triggers were inaccessible to me. You shouldn’t have to buy an expensive controller for remapping, shame on Xbox.

The case is a charging dock as well. That was a nice bonus!

for price there should be no issues. This is my 3rd one. Good thing I had the bestbuy member waranty.

While the controller feels well made and sturdy in hand, the overall quality is far beneath the price tag. The only way I can play without disconnect is to hardwire to my PC, looked it up online and it's a common problem without purchasing an additional xbox wireless dongle. The right analog stick broke within 5 weeks of adult only casual gameplay. Now being outside of my BB warranty, trying to get a replacement from Microsoft is a nightmare. I have a $200 paperweight until I hear back from MS. Advice: Buy extended warranty for console use. Find one of the many other high end controllers for PC use available on the market.

Purchased my first controller in November 2019. By January 2020 the left stick had gone bad, character either won't move for a couple of seconds after engaging the stick, or will continue moving after releasing the stick. Replaced the controller in January with a new one. By mid April, the same issue. For nearly 200 dollars, these controllers should hold up much better. My original controller that came with the Xbox lasted 2 years before going bad. These "elite" controllers are only lasting roughly 2 months. Not worth the money.

I don’t recommend the elite series 2 controller, everytime I get it, it has stick drift

I really enjoyed this quite expensive purchase for a while, but the right joystick began to drift much sooner than I would have expected for such an expensive controller under moderate use. The drift deteriorated quickly, over the course of a couple weeks, to a point where the controller was at an unusable level. I tried several cleaning techniques, which I found online, but unfortunately none were successful. Very disappointed in the longevity of this product.
