Good upgrade but the extra paddles on the back feel sort of low quality. I hope they last but am doubtful,

Bought this item 2 seperate time because it was Open Box - Excellent, both times the controller had buttons not working right out of the box. Neither of them were in "Excellent" condition, and were most likely never checked for quality before reselling as "Excellent" condition.

Less than a month and now stick drift is prominent. This is my 3rd elite series 2. I finally wised up and got the warranty. They are all the same

I took it out of the package, thought it was going to to work so i threw the package away. When i went to play a few days later i relaized the xbox button didt work so now i have to plug it into the xbox everytime i want to use it and i cant access hime button while on a game. What a disappointment. Make sure you double check your purchase so you can avoid this situation.

Good item , usefulness depends on what games you are going to play. I would suggest mainly for someone who plays a lot of shooting games. If that's not your forte, don't waste your money.

it'd be nice if they could fix the freaking bumper wear out issue. but nope. it plagues all their controllers. no matter the generation, or price.

Hefty price, but worth every penny if your a gamer.

The elite v1 was great. The v2 took all the greatness of the first one and flushed it away. The buttons feel like a cheap controller. All three stick tension adjustments are junk except for the highest tension which feels like the first elite sticks. The controller is slicker then a standard Xbox one controller. The only plus is that it comes with a really long USB c cable if you need one for your phone. I would not buy this controller or even play with it again. I game atleast 4-10 hours a day so I have some experience with controllers

Was a really great controller until it started drifting and the bumper stopped working after 5 months. I expected better from such an expensive controller

I love the material and the way it feels and the design.

These don't come with any parts beyond a usbc cable. No case, charge dock, paddles or button caps.

When i was looking at the box in person it was obviously previously opened since on all sides on the back, it was secured with invisible tape, and it didnt have the plastic hanger piece used to hang the box. those are obvious give away signs the box was opened, however i still purchased it thinking i would get an open-box deal. however when i got to the cash register and explained the box issues, i was still charged full price! all because the employees didnt put a "red open box sticker". i told the cashier that it wasnt new, because if it was, it wasnt going to have invisible tape holding it together. she still told me that THEY were the ones that put the tape on it, since it was "rubbing against" other boxes. i just took her excuse and purchased it, since it was the only one left at the store. when i got home, i opened the box, and the charger was missing! and there wasnt even any paperwork about the controller at all!!! yet i was still charged full price since it was "still new. no use in adding photos since i already purchased it and took it home, but i will return it and exchange it for a real "new" one.

Very happy with the elite series 2 core controller its impressed me alot with all the features and i will be getting another one soon!

I bought this controller about 5 times already. This thing breaks very easy. You don’t even have to drop it on the floor. I suggest you get geek squad insurance for this controller if you buy this

Not worth the extra money. Bought before Christmas last year and already have bad stick drift (upward movement of right stick without pushing it up). Bought this controller because I figured it would last longer than a standard controller. Not the case and now need to purchase another controller.
