I have to bring this controller back for return. However the left thumb stick sticks...150 bucks and the controller sticks. I think i should get paid 150 for deciding to buy with this product.

I was very disappointed in this controller. The A button doesn’t register the press roughly half of the time. It feels solid, triggers and the other options are great, but the lack of quality control on these buttons are a known issue that Microsoft has not yet addressed.

Had to return and swap for another one due to left stick not functioning correctly.

The controller feels good and gives every perception of quality including a nice case to hold accessories. However, it has been plagued with connection issues since day 1. Finally, 9 months in and it finally broke. Microsoft has extended the warranty to 1 year presumably due to ongoing quality issues.

Needed a replacement remote for sworn out remote. The feel and functionality is perfect!

Haven’t had in long but so far it’s great. Easy customizing and great performance so far.

Good controller buttons seemed to be a little tight when first opening

Went through two of these, both got stick drift in under a month. Sent first off to microsoft. Came back worse. Went back to regular xbox controllers and no stick drift after months of use

Left trigger didn't work correctly. Buying and return process was easy enough.

Ordered this controller it when first came out one of the rear paddles just doesn’t register when pressed that one paddle worked when it wanted to, ended up returning and ordered a new one that I’m waiting for again. Software on the controller is a big improvement over the original. Tigger locks can register full pull while locked. The app is easier to set up the controller. Also has 3 profiles plus default.

This controller is a cool idea, but falls apart dispite beefy manufacturing. Normal controllers are just about as durable.

The employees and I went through over 10 used elite controllers to find the right one. Every single used item was mislabeled by best buys geek squad. Great conditions where poor condition and poor conditions where great conditions. Some smelt of cigaretts, others missing cables and buttons. Finally we found a good condition one, free of noticable defects it was missing the cable and a paddle shifter the employee said not to worry and took one of the cables and shifters from the terrible condition items saying he had to send them back anyways. After 30+ minutes of finding the right one i take it home, plug it in, and the right trigger didn’t work. It was rough, 10 out of 10 employee. 0 out if 10 product.

Its good when it works. After a while the controller starts to break apart from the back and have various other problems. Not as good as they use to be.

I have bought two of these. Hands down the most comfortable controller out there. My complaint is that previous one didn’t last that long. A couple of bumber buttons wore out. Same thing happened to me with series one too. Wish there was a better quality controller with the same great feel

Better to get a used og elite for better quality in feel and the accessories.

Best controller I've used for my series X by far. Definite bump up from the standard.

Picked this up while my original elite 2 was in for repairs. Haven't put it down since.
