W controller it works really well i woukd definitly recommend it 10/10

Ok seems to break really fast and extremely fragile

This is my 3rd "Open Box-Excellent" item I've bought from BestBuy. The first one (a DJI gimbal) was missing one non-critical piece but otherwise was nice. The last two (including this controller) were terrible and I returned. Although this item was supposedly "Excellent" condition, it came with MANY marks and scuffs all over it, the thumbsticks were clearly worn out, it looked like my 13 year old had played with it for the last 6-8 months. Poor condition. I returned it the same day and it will be my last time buying open box from Best Buy. Do they even look at the items before labeling them excellent? I rebought brand new and the item is a great product but DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX.

horrible controller. you’d think that it would be better for games but being a fps player you’ll notice how weird the joysticks feel. to get the right input you need to push hard than usual completely ruining how responsive a controller should be.

I loved the feel of this controller, the case, and charging solution. It felt like quality in every way possible. However, within a week the controller started loosing connection... alot. I read other reviews, saw all of the other complaints on this frequent issue and decided that I would rather wait on the new console launch(series x). I wanted it to work, but I would rather not gamble my my money on an unstable product.

Controller has sticking buttons and didnt come with all the parts.

This controller is exactly like the black elite series 2 controller only difference is there isn't the extra buttons that you get with the black elite controller and of course this one is white. I expect this controller to do the same thing as my black controller with the RB button where it won't register the click.

Bought this controller 3 different times and all 3 had stick drift idk if it was just a coincidence but it was unusable for the most part

Great controller. Xbox is awesome!!! Love the rechargeable battery.

Stick drift within the first two days of use. Like every Xbox controller made by Microsoft.

He says it is awesome and enjoys the customizations of the controls.

I had it for a few months but the back paddles broke after a month and the left bumper is sticking. For the price I expected better

I returned 2 of these that I bought IN STORE BRAND NEW and BOTH CAME DEFECTIVE straight out of the box. I didn't even got to really use them. The first one had an issue with the profile light 1 would not come up at all. Second one the p3 back pallet button would not work unless pressed really hard. On the second one I noticed the paddle issue right away because all the other ones make a clicking sound but the P3 would not. P4 was a bit strange too but it was working but I could tell that it was going to fail pretty fast. I recorded the unboxing and straight out of the box even 1 of the thumbstick was dirty. Keep in mind that both where SEALED and PAID FULL PRICE. I feel like Microsoft is re-packaging refurbished controllers as BRAND NEW when they are really not.

Controller is great when it was working properly. But after 1 month of daily use. The controller got massive joystick drift.

Boyfriend loves his new controller obbbbbssesed totally recommend

The controller is great but… after 2 years of hands on use and i am having erratic controller movement and drifting of the controls. Microsoft is not helpful and very disappointed when spending $180 on game controller that just lasted only a couple year of light use. i cant recommend it.
