It’s sure a great product but grossly over priced!

I wanted to inform you that this remote ending up getting remote drift.

I’ve had my controller for a little under two years and with the first year the right bumper stopped responding soon after the left. Good thing I can reconfigure the layout and use the paddles. NOPE! Those broke too! I take good care of my equipment and to have that many faults in that sort of a time is unacceptable! Don’t buy this without the warranty! You’re gonna need it.

Awful product. Bumpers would stop working after a couple weeks. Double clicking for the bumpers was biggest issue.

It was good, but not even a year and the left thumb stick started drifting.

I bought this controller back in November started having problems with it in January. My left thumbstick wasn't working correctly when pressing up and it was turning off randomly. I tried taking it back to Best buy but they haven't had any in for months. so they're in-store customer service said I was still within the 90-day warranty to send it back to Microsoft(I have the 2 year geek squad warranty). I had no other choice so I did so received what I'm guessing is a refurbished control from Microsoft. I have had that controller for about a week and them having worse problems with the left thumbstick then the first controller after 1 week. Best buy still doesn't have any in stock so I will be forced to send it back to Microsoft again. And I guess get another refurbished control

Its fine, but unless you are crazy prop with all kinds of button reconfigured then its def not worth the price bump.

The buttons gets broken within two to three months. Doesn’t worth the price. Use multiple all are similar. Bummer gets sticky and buttons respond intermittently.

Great controller, was amazing for 3 weeks and now left thumb stick is drifting to the right.

Controller feels amazing from the first time you hold it to the thousandth time. The paddles take time to get used to but can give a real competitive advantage over others in games. Overall this thing is well designed, plays well, and the whole experience feels like a step above the rest.

Purchased what was supposed to be a "new" Elite Series 2 controller just before Thanksgiving. Controller showed obvious signs of wear and the 2 week GamePass trial code had already been used. Bestbuy refuses to do either a return or replacement curbside. Buyer beware.

If you play more then a casual player it will break on you so be ready with the replacement plan.

Slow response controller never seen a slower controller then this not good for comparative good for offline games

100 days after purchase (10 days after the pathetic 90-day warranty expires) my RB started to act up, as in sometimes it would work normally, other times I'd have to really press it to register. $90 bucks for Microsoft to repair the bumper on a ~200.00 controller after 100 days, sheah. Sold it as is on eBay as is, and counted my losses.

4th replacement after lag input and 2 stick drift and now now it’s lagging missing inputs and now also entering ghost inputs. Do not buy! And if you do get the warranty

This is a great controller it’s just after a while the RB button started double clicking

Pay way extra money for an xbox controller only for it to get stick drift even quicker than the regular. I will just stick to the original controller and throw on a replacement plan and game happy as can be
