Purchased as an open box and couldn't be more satuafied. The controller feels very nice and the little travel case it comes with is also high quality. I use it mostly for my computer but sometimes take it with me to a friends house to use with their xbox.

I have for a long time been very displeased with XBOX controller that were manufactured by Microsoft. You ended up paying a premium price for a product that was anything but. They would malfunction after a marginal amount of time, and even physically break with little wear and tear. The Elite 2 is proving to be a step in the right direction. The premium build quality and vast amount of customizable features make for a very well made, and well conceived controller. USB-C or wireless charging by way of a docking station that is provided are great additions to improve the value. The down side is really the idea that it takes over $150 of a price tag for Microsoft o provide a quality controller option. But at least it's a pretty good one.

Did not realize twisting the joystick makes it come off. During street fighter the joystick gets loose and i have to re tighten during a fight.

Has all the features of my custom ordered controller for other platforms for a fraction of the price. Has extra pieces to interchange for additional customization. Totally worth the price and feels great.

This is a great rechargeable controller option for Xbox. I do wish that the paddles were included with each controller. It seems like a miss to charge extra for those on the side. Controller performs well, and had great battery life.

As a Playstation player I was skeptical when choosing a controller to play games on my PC, but when I gave the xbox elite a chance I was not disappointed, I highly recommend and encourage anyone in the market to follow my decision.

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller feels like quality the first time you hold the controller. The grips are comfortable, the interchangeable sticks and D-Pad make you feel that the controller is designed for anyone. The paddles add even more customization than the average gamer knew they needed. With features like this how could this controller be rated any less than a 5 you may wonder. Well lets just say that the experience is "Elite" until the controller falls apart, literally. The Series 2 was my second go at the Elite controllers from Microsoft and at first I fell in love again and forgot how my original elite controller broke. However after nearly a year of using the controller my left stick's button (LS) was no longer operational. I made due by making my paddles the LS and RS buttons and have grown accustom to utilizing those. Then the second fault occurred, my left bumper no longer registered. Now I could've just thrown in another set of paddles to get me by, but the paddles aren't meant to replace broken components. So at the end of the day, the controller truly is a fantastic experience and changes the way I viewed controllers. However I am 0/2 with working Elite controllers, I had insurance on the controller via GeekSquad so I did swap it out for a new one. Just buyer beware on the fragile nature of the controller. Highly Recommend Geek Squad insurance.

Had it for a while now about a year just got drift stick on me I suggest getting the protection plan other than that controller works great

The controller feels really good and the chnageable stick are very nice but the controller like any other is susceptible to drift after a while and you would think with how much it costs it would last longer than a normal controller.

Nice upgrade to the original controller. the paddles are great and they are def missed when i have to use the original ones. build quality is great and although a bit expensive it's worth it. No drift of the sticks ... yet.

Love how you can Customize your buttons to the back paddles easily through the app and plenty of joysticks and able to tighten the joysticks and accessories to find the one you like. Did get stick drift relatively fast but I do use it a lot.

The controller weight feels amazing, the battery life is plentiful, and the finish is great. Been using non-stop and had zero issues. Its a wonderful replacement to the first elite which i still have and have been using for years. No complaints.

[Employee of bestbuy] This is a great controller for those who want a little extra out of their current controller. The rubberized grip feels great, and the thumb sticks are responsive and feel much more durable than the regular Xbox controller ones. One thing I wish Microsoft would do is create more color schemes without keeping the back of the controller white, which sort of defeats the purpose of a darker color controller. (The included USB-C cable is great as well)

Solid controller. Lots of customization, works flawless, a tad pricey but i completely understand why, i reccomend this frfr

This controller functionally is great! However; this is my third iteration as the left and right bumpers wear out over time and even though they click, the input is not detected by the game. I primarily play Rocket League and use those bumpers frequently.

I love this controller! For years I always rocked a normal Xbox controller but upgrading to an elite was one of the best decisions! Great Grip and Battery life!
