Was great, but not built for longevity
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased mine shortly after it released, though it wasn't delivered until November of 2019. I'm mostly a PC gamer, but I need a controller for occasional games that don't require M+KB. This seemed like a very robust and long lasting option compared to regular xbox controllers at the time. In short, the features are great, and it worked very well for about a year, but then it started having issues with the bumpers not registering a press every time. Now it takes many presses to get the bumpers to register a keypress. The joysticks also have a tendency to bounce too far to the opposite direction when I release them, causing me to snap the opposite direction I was intending to face. I called Microsoft to ask about repair, and they were very nice, but also explained I was out of warranty and repair would cost $100 plus shipping. A new one is only $165, so that repair cost feels a little steep. It seems like such a waste to throw it away after not even two years, but it's no longer reliable for gaming. I was certainly hoping it would be easier and cheaper to repair. The controller has great features and feels better to hold for long gaming sessions, but I'm a little disappointed with the longevity of the device.

Expensive but awesome controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First things first this is an expensive controller and there a lot of other things to spend money on. But if you have the funds or are looking for a gift for an Xbox gamer, this is an awesome controller package. Everything has been built from the ground up to be the best (within reason) way to play on Xbox. The interchangeable parts, the quick settings for how different parts like the d pad react to your input is really well thought out, the nice bonus here is the really nice case it comes in, the usb c charging capability and the charging dock that can either be in the case or outside the case.

My hands are very happy

Its aight.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the weight and overall feel of how hefty it is, pressing buttons feel like you are actually pressing buttons. But, after a while the same clicking starting to feel like they needed more pressure ESPECIALLY the right bumper, both bumpers and B button going out rather quickly for it’s expensive price tag.

Game changer
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The options for the different styles of buttons etc and ability to change layouts is a definitely a game changer. Solid feed back and function. And the charging dock are fantastic.

Pricey but worth it for longevity!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is amazing! It is a little bit pricey but the grip and weight make it feel premium! I have been using this thing for over a year and have been very happy with it!

Great Quality
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel this has a little more weight to it than the previous model. The button to change configuration (center button) does move as much when you press it which through me off a little as

Good but poorly made
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller but poorly made only reason to buy this controller would be woth a solid warranty like the total tech from best buy to where you can swap it out when need be. The sticks drift within 2 months the buttons get stuck without have sticky stuff on your fingers.

THIS IS A STEAL! SUCH A GREAT DEAL!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely FANTASTIC. I had a scuf controller and it is literally a $300 paperweight.I wish I would have gotten this sooner. There are so many things you can do with this. I love it. I highly recommend you get the extended warranty though throw geek squad because I have read some reviews from some full-time high end streamers who have had issues. However, I am very please. I've streamed over maybe 50 hours and the battery is STILL full. I'm blown away. Stay away from Scuf...this is your controller. I promise.

Much improved from V1
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was leery to pick up another expensive controller since the v1 grips peeled on mine. It has been a few months of average use and I see much improvement. It feels great in my hand, grips are a little light but I’ve had no issues with it slipping. Battery life is good and I enjoy the new charging station. I really don’t use the back buttons all that much so I won’t speak in their function. The triggers are smooth but again not all games recognize the short trigger pulls. Overall it’s a great controller that is more of a luxury item over a need. If you have the funds, go for it. If not, you won’t miss a lot

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price verse the upgraded one , we had the upgraded one with the case and extra accessories but when it broke and we needed a new onw my son decided on this one instead since he never used the case and all the accessories that came with the other one anyway so the price difference was worth it for us , the only thing I would say is that it would be nice if all the colors were available in both options

Back to Elite Status!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this controller has perfomed well despite negative reviews regarding stick drifting. I come from using the Razer Wolverine Tournament edition and still enjoy that controller, but its just something about having the option to play wirelessly and still getting decent performance results makes my gameplay experience so much more enjoyable. I also do prefer the back paddles and adjustable stick tention over the Razer as well. Hopefully the quality lasts long.

Series elite 2 controller for Xbox X
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to upload a picture of my controller along with the grips I bought separately! THIS IS THE BEST CONTROLLER IN THE PAST 6 years of streaming and gaming that I have found. I will never go back. Talk about a disadvantage when it comes to you against other players! They better watch out. My k.d has gone up immensely and has made the experience of Xbox fun again for me. Thanks guys!!
