Like the rubber grip and the ability to add the flipper buttons. Allows for some customization and just feels good in your hands.

Also get the 2 year protection plan because the remotes fragile because sometimes the buttons stick, but no worries it’s normal! Trust me get the plan you will use it and when they check it at Best Buy they will give you a brand new one on the spot!

Within days I was experiencing: -Stick drift -dropped connection mid-game -delayed response in left stick input (visually confirmed in the Xbox accessories app) For this price, I would absolutely expect this controller to be perfect. Instead, I got an absolutely gorgeous controller with a lot of problems. They may not be noticeable to a casual gamer, but what casual gamer is buying a $180 controller? Three stars because I’m having it replaced and I’m hoping I just got an exceptionally bad copy. If it’s another dud, 1 Star for sure.

The bells and whistles are totally worth it and the case is that final magic touch. I’m a streamer and sometimes travel to game and having a cased controller is like having your cake and eating it too! Well worth the money!!

Have had a few of the elites over the years and the only downside is one of the bumpers is almost guaranteed to start going around the 15+ months mark.

I love the fact that so many of the parts are modular and can be swapped out or removed. The controller is very well balanced and feels very comfortable during long play sessions. The charging dock and case are excellent as well. It's expensive but definitely worth the price.

Consistently sold out until I got lucky. Wish I could pair it with a series x… (looking at YOU Best Buy). Would like to buy more stuff from Best Buy and not get threatened about my credit card being canceled from lack of activity cause BB can’t get merchandise in stock…
