This is an amazing controller. Feels great and complete customization

Not without its faults, this controller is the ultimate package compared to anything else out there. It will take your shooter game and kick it up several notches. Mine had a sticky “A” button, but after 1,000 presses or so, it was normal. These controllers are known to have suspect life spans, so I’d recommend the warranty.

Love this controller. I’m not a hardcore gamer but nonetheless this controller is a far superior version of the one that comes with the console. Showstopper.

I had the first elite controller for a long time and really liked the controller, but it had a tendency to break with the rubber coming off and stick drift. This controller is a direct improvement on the first one and is so good so far. The buttons and analog sticks are much more responsive and customizable. Perfect for FPS.

This was an open box item. Unfortunately the former owner cracked it on the back and got something sticky in the buttons so I had to return it. I just decided to buy a new one because the product seemed good just not the open box experience.

Solid controller that is heavier and has such a better feel in your hand compared to standard xbox controllers. The customization of the controller gives you endless options to adjust button layouts in whatever way suits your game pmay best.

For the price its amazing. Especially if you already have spare paddles and joysticks highly recommend this over the 200+ elite controller. Also, in more colors than black? Say less!!!

Open box $91.00. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

I think this control made back paddles mainstream and for that it has its place in history. But now there are better more reliable options on the market. If you don't need the back paddles the regular Xbox controller actually has lower (better) input latency than this controller. 7ms vs 14ms, defiantly makes a difference when playing anything online competitively. I would only buy this control for its comfort in hand factor and for playing single player games now days. Also lots and lots of QC issue with button actuation.

Hit or miss with quality control on these but when they work they’re leagues better then the standard Xbox controller

I had the first gen Elite controller and had to have it warranted out three times. Luckily this last time the new Series 2 came out and Best Buy swapped it for the new one since the Original Elite is sold out and discontinued. The old controller would disconnect a lot and the left stick would just wander without moving it. Great upgrade and improvements

I got this for my brother and he’s enjoyed using it. Compared to the first model it’s lasted longer (the triggers tend to drift). I also bought one for myself and my bumpers went bad rather quickly but ever since i replaced them they’ve worked fine.

Pre Ordered as soon as it was announced, waited months for the release, and the right thumbstick jams... All other functions worked. The paddles are wayyy smaller on the Series 2 compared to the original, But this controller overall feels better. Also the rubber grip wont peel off version 2. The front and back shell are textured now, vs glued on rubber grips. Going to exchange for another one.

This feels so good to play games FPS games with and with adjustable triggers and button mapping, every adjustable piece to this makes gaming that much more involved with how you enjoy it. Long battery life and a ton of features made this such an enjoyable controller to own.

Great purchase...Would recommend for the avid XBox user...

A little upgrade from the regular controller. I’m just waiting for the controller to break like the rest of the Xbox controllers.

My husband plays video games a lot so the remote gets used and abused. The remote usually last him about 8 months until it starts to have issues. So GET the warranty. For some reason he loves this remote and will only buy this remote. I don’t play video games so I’m not sure how durable remotes are suppose to be, but he’s gone through a few of them. The warranty isn’t cheap but it’s cheaper than having to buy a new remote every so often.
