Tried out the online shopping love the product also was very quick.

I like the paddles but it took me time to get used to them. The controller has been disconnecting at random times every few days not sure if something is interfering with the signal. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

So I LOVE the elite controller. It’s great to use, has great features, and feels so comfortable. Definitely prefer it over the regular controller. I have had 2 in the last 3 years though because it is known for how easily it gets stick drift. I basically only play FPS (apex specifically), and the stick drift happens randomly and seems unfixable. Luckily, there is a warranty with microsoft for this so you can repair it but you shouldn’t have to repair a $200.00 controller that is always taken care of (placed in case every time after use and never dropped).

A muts buy controller for your xbox. A little pricey butnwell worth it. Full charge i can go without charging it again for a week with 5-7 hrs of play a day.

A year later review: Bumpers are poor and don't work 60% of the presses you do, so you have to make your paddle buttons the bumpers. The top smaller bumpers don't work 50% of the time anymore. Both of the sticks are really loose so you have stick drift if you don't have a decent sized dead zone

Pretty good controller, better option for a replacement of the $179 version since I’ve gone through 2 of those already; this one has lasted a while already.

for sure recommend the elite series 2 controller to anyone wanting a new xbox controller, they work so much better and feel better

This controler has a good feeling and you can change the joystick and change the trigger buttons would recommend for other people. Whould buy Again

I have had both the series 1 and series 2. The series 2 is in my opinion much better. I also have the PS5 dual sense edge which is their version of the same type of controller and this one is much more consistent and I have never had issues with it. I just bought a new replacement after the one I bought when they first came out finally stopped working. Would recommend if you like the xbox controller design.

Buy the warranty. This is my 3rd elite 2. Phenomenon controller but they get stick drift after months. The second one I bought did not even get much use and got it. Best Buy has been great with honoring the warranty at least.

This controller and with the membership you will never have to deal with a broken controller again with the warranty and just the way it built! Great investMent

I had the original Elite and it finally stopped working. So the new one is even better and feels the same but better

Works perfectly! Was so pristine that it took a minute to break it in. But definitely a good investment!

Expensive. And was hesitant to purchase but after opening you can see where it pays off. Once you configure it you will never use a regular Xbox controller again. Took some time to setup and adjust and map the buttons but when you do it’s a natural reflex.

Best controller hands down...from swtting up to setting the buttons everything is easy to do and very nice to use.

Works great!! Packaged nice. Was open box but was brand new cables and all in original packaging still.

Not sure why but every “A” button on these controllers stick. Overall it’s very quality, but the “A” button is annoying. Had mine for some time and it gets a lot of use, but it still continues to stick every so often.
