Xbox Elite Controller Series 2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been my first xbox elite controller and it has been the best controller ever. It feels amazing in hand and has a nice weight to it! The sticks don’t stick at all and they glide around with ease! I also love that I can change the d-pad and the analog sticks. I got the white controller and ordered some purple paddles, analog sticks, and d-pad and it looks amazing! Would definitely recommend this controller to anyone that enjoys to game!

Excellent function, but unreliable
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is excellent from the standpoint of functionality, ergonomics, and customizability. It has everything from multiple profiles, customizable triggers, adjustable stick tension, swappable D-Pads, and 2-4 paddles depending on user preference. It's also basically plug and play on PC. Where it falls short is build quality. Despite being quite an expensive controller, it has only a 1 year warranty, which admittedly is up from the 90 days offered on the Elite v1. I have returned 7 of these in the last 4 years - they do not last. Stick drift, sticking triggers, and unresponsive bumpers (typically R1) are the most common issues. I don't think any of them have lasted a full year. They're also the same issues I had on the Elite v1. Given that it's almost a decade since the original Elite was released, I think it's clear the manufacturer isn't willing or able to address the quality control issues. This is underscored by the fact that a bare bones version (the Core) was released without the Series 2 accessories. Presumably this was to offer a lower cost option to people whose controllers had failed, and were out of warranty.

My experience
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is amazing at the beginning but as time went on i started to notice some functional errors like my a button stopped working properly then it works now. The left trigger stick doesnt work when i put it on fast trigger mode and now my controller started to drift and i never had any of my controller drift before. The thing i enjoy about this controller is the feel of it and i like how the charge last a long time and i don't gotta wait long for a quick charge or use batteries. Anyways get this controller if its on sale full price ain't worth it in the due to the difficulties i had after awhile.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a good controller and Microsoft got this one right. All the options I need in a one package. Well placed buttons, good feedback, and changeable stick and button 1options. Charging is quick and lasts a long time. The case has the charger in it and makes it easy store, carry, and charge as needed. Use with a PC with both Bluetooth, and the optional dedicated connector. One for a laptop and one for a PC. Both are responsive and it's easy to change between them. A solid controller.

Great controller just a bit expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, this is my favorite Xbox controller I’ve ever had. Love the fact that it doesn’t use batteries, you can easily charge it. It charges quickly, and it lasts around 40 hours. Stick drift would be my only real concern as all my previous Xbox controllers have had quite a bit of it after many many months of use. But so far 4 months in, 0 stick drift, but too early to tell if it’ll be a problem. I would also recommend buying the elite series case and components from Xbox as that has really elevated my experience with the controller. Don’t cheap out and buy from unauthorized sellers, I promise you it’s worth it. I think my only real problem with it, is that it’s on the expensive side. If you have the money for it, I’d say go for it. It’s the best that Xbox themselves provide, but not the best on the market.

The Ultimate Xbox Controller – Worth Every Penny!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller is hands down the best controller I’ve ever used! From the moment I picked it up, the premium build quality was obvious. The textured grip feels amazing, and the adjustable tension thumbsticks provide incredible precision—perfect for competitive gaming. One of my favorite features is the remappable paddles on the back, which give me a serious edge in FPS and action games by allowing quick inputs without taking my thumbs off the sticks. The trigger stops also make a huge difference in fast-paced shooters! The 40-hour rechargeable battery life is fantastic, and I love the convenience of the included charging dock. Plus, the customization options in the Xbox Accessories app let me fine-tune everything to my exact preferences. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a hardcore competitor, the Elite Series 2 delivers an unbeatable experience. It’s a game-changer, and I can’t imagine going back to a regular controller after using it. Highly recommend!

Pro Series 2 Controller Xbox
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works good when brand new, within a few month of gameplay. Either the left or the right thumbsticks get stick drift. Then I have to get it exchanged l. BestBuy makes it easy to exchange broken warrantied items with their yearly renewable total protection plan as well.

They did it again!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want the best and most durable controller on the market for your gaming needs, look no further. I had a normal Xbox One X controller and I liked the improvments that they made when the Series X came out however I couldn't shake the feeling that it was an overall cheap feeling controller. That's when I had to pony up for something with a little more weight and durability. The weight of the controller is perfect and the rubberized palm areas are great for grip. I don't really play fighting games so I don't use the D-Pad piece that you see in the pictures, just the normal one you would see on any controller. The ability to change the trigger stops at 3 different positions is very nice and a great addition from the older Elite controller. Overall everything has a nice click and solid feel, hopefully with the right care this thing will be the last controller you'll ever need.

Pros don't outweigh the Cons of this controller.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this controller while it was on sale, which, sadly to say would be the only time I'd buy one. Within two months of owning it, the left analog stick developed drift, essentially overnight. It became so bad that I couldn't set the controller down without a character walking in a random direction, or a movie/show skipping forward. I store the controller in it's case, and cleaned it regularly. I had to have this controller replaced five times within it's 1-year warranty from MS and each one failed in almost the exact same way. There are other instances where buttons don't register and/or take multiple presses to execute the action on screen, or to pause a movie. Cons aside, the controller does have a few pros(weight, paddles, overall feel/comfort) but honestly none of these outweigh the cost and very clear QC issues that plague these controllers, buy at your own risk.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controller is very nice to use and you wont want to go back to a normal xbox controller after but wear and tear can hit it pretty hard. Bumpers fail often, stick drift is decently frequent, and I've even had an A button stop working. Protection plan is almost a must, but it has been one of my favorite controllers.

Great for Serious gaming
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The grip for the palm of the hands is really nice when holding the controller. The extra buttons are a nice addition although I don’t like the 2 bigger ones the first 2 is good enough for most games. The customization around the joysticks and the types of sensitivity is very helpful for different kinds of games. The case that it came with is nice for on the go and you can even charge it through the case! I overall was very pleased with this product!

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd Elite Series Xbox controller. Size, feel, quality is top notch. The paddles are very comfortable and the controller comes with additional paddle and button options for personal preferences. It is easy to connect to the console and the charging station is fantastic. Nothing bad to say about this controller. Highly recommend.

Great controller for gamers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Microsoft Elite Series 2 controller. The build quality is top-notch and it feels great in my hands. The interchangeable thumbsticks and paddles allow for customization to fit my personal gaming style. The added Bluetooth feature makes it easy to connect to my PC and mobile devices. The battery life is also impressive, lasting for well over a week with regular use. The software that comes with the controller, allows me to remap buttons and set up profiles for different games. The only downside is the price, but it's worth the investment for the level of precision and control it provides. I highly recommend this controller to any serious gamer.

Great Entry Point for Pro Controllers
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price is competitive comparitave to other pro controllers on the market. The customization options offered in the bundle are nice. Have not had an issue with drift or any buttons not working out of the box. With normal play, the controller should last about as long as a normal comtroller would especially if you keep it in its case. The case allows for the dock to be connected to the usb and charge the controller while protected inside. The Xbox accessories app works nicely when mapping different profiles for the controller as well. If you have concerns with the controller malfunctioning, buy an extended warranty.

Good, but quality is an issue
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think this is a great controller, until it breaks. I've had about 10 of these and the series 1 in total. BUY THE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. It's worth every penny. The usual things that break are the left bumper button and usb connection if you choose to plug it in. It's fantastic until it breaks, I just with the quality control was better on these, but I love the feel, the weight and customization compared to a stock xbox controller

Elite 2 core > original elite 2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller, has proven to be more durable than the original elite 2 while being slightly lighter in weight. Ive used elite 2 controllers for about 3 years and the bumpers always fail withing the first year or shortly after and this elite core has been running the longest, so in comparison i definitely would put the core on top, and you can get cool colors.

Elise Seres 2 it is a MUST!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Elite Series 2 Core (White) is a solid “mid-elite” controller: it brings many of the high-end features of the full Elite line, with compromises mostly in bundled accessories and price. If you value comfort, customization, and flexibility, it delivers excellent value. But it’s not perfect — there are trade-offs, especially around durability and cost if you want the full set of extras. Overall, a strong choice if you use it enough to get your money’s worth.

100% Honest review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this remote despite some of the negative reviews I’ve read about it. I’ve owned it for a little over a month now and have used it almost daily. From my experience I’d give it a 9/10. It feels really good in my hands, slightly heavier than the original Xbox remote. I like the fact that you can charge it inside of its case when it’s not being used and the case is really sleek and durable. The battery easily lasts a few days without charging. The only issue that I’ve had with it is that it has drifted 2 or 3 times so I know that it does exist now. It hasn’t happened often, and it’s not a continuous issue so far but it has happened and you immediately notice when it occurs. Besides that I do enjoy this remote and would definitely recommend it if your into shooters like COD, Apex, Halo, ex…my only suggestion would be to pay for the extended warranty.
