    Love the design. However, double clicking on the bumpers is a big drawback since you have to send it in to Microsoft to get it fixed. They extended the normal warranty so they have noted this is a flaw with the design.

    Controllers experience drift alot. Other than that they work great. I recommend warranties on these since the drift occurs on all of them.

    Literally the best controller I’ve ever owned, great customization options with paddles and the trigger stops along with the thumb stick extension, precise aiming and movement, highly highly recommend.

    FYI They don't come with paddles...Still a great controller, love the trigger locks and and stick tightening. If you play COD this is a must...If you're brave enough you can buy the paddles on their own.

    Great upgrade from a regular controller. The trigger selection is a game changer. And the interchangeable parts is a a big plus too. I’ve had the controller for almost a year and so far so good!

    Wasn’t sure if it was gonnna be worth the money coming from the series 1 but it was! They really slimmed down the controller overall and it has a dark black finish on all the buttons. It having a built in battery helps so much . I drop it on the dock before I leave way more convenient than having to plug in my controller. Upgrade all the way through
