In this model, the case is textured unlike the previous model which had glued on rubber grips. Better in every way, only questionable downgrade is the paddles are smaller than the Elite controller 1.

He has the series 1 and said that there have been some improvements to it in this version. Something about the share button and the trigger having three depth settings so you can use it at a faster rate.

It does take some getting used to the back paddles but I would say it is worth it for games.

This is possible with any controller. Also prefered the size of the back paddles from the Elite 1 controller.

The interchangeable thumbstick and paddle shapes allows you to customize the controller any way you like. A must have for shooter games. Also come with a great carrying case.

Connecting to this controller is a nightmare if you expect it to work seamlessly between different connection types. If you have paired the controller with Windows, it's fine. But if you need to configure the buttons using the Windows App, you need to connect it with USB. And doing so, pretty much deletes the wireless connection. you will have to delete the controller from your Bluetooth Devices, and then re-pair EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME you do this. Seriously flawed.

One workaround for keeping your configuration settings when going wireless is to get a Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10, which will allow you to have a wireless connection on your Windows 10 PC without the need for Bluetooth.
