    The one I picked up was supposed to be Open-box in Excellent condition. However it was heavily used and abused. It was returned right away.

    Bought this controller to be able to keep up with mouse and keyboard players. Got the controller was blown away with it. Now 20 days after receiving it the left joystick doesn’t work right (delays, get stuck scrolling) the right joy stick has creep in it and it’s not the sensitivity checked all that. Bought the 2 year geek squad to protect or fix the $200 controller and when I called and asked they told me the best they could do was store credit. I would love to just exchange mine and hope it was a faulty make but don’t have that option. You would think for $200 it would last longer than 3 weeks and no it hasn’t been stalled or dropped or anything else just seems to be bad/thin wires that are going out.

    Remote is amazing. However, I bought at the excellent condition open box price and the remote has pieces rattling in the inside and it did not come with the case, charger, paddles, and other accessories that are supposed to be included with this remote. They shipped it as a Elite 2 core remote. Thumbs down

    Good improvement coming from series one. Fits better in your hands. I would give it a 5 star but it started drifting 2 months after I got it. I'm sending it to Microsoft today for service. If you buy this, get the Best Buy service plan.
