I have sent it in to Microsoft due to connectivity issue. It was sent back fixed. Now it is doing it again. I can't return it to Best Buy do to a glitch in their system. We purchased the yearly protection plan and due to this glitch they won't fix or replace.

Garbage item for most people

I have a few friends that have this controller and we all have the same problem... the right bumper breaks and will press multiple times or not at all. They market it to competitive gamers and it has major issues that halt competitive growth. It's the most overpriced item on top of that too.
