Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the controller's exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options. Users also frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and high-quality tactile feel. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the durability of the buttons and bumpers, as well as the early onset of stick drift. Despite these technical frustrations and the premium price point, many still consider it a top-tier gaming accessory.

too much
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel the price point is way to high, I found some other controllers that feel just as good at half the price. Keep searching IMO

Piece of s?!t
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an open box that said in excellent condition practically new. It wasn’t at all. It was very scuffed and there’s something loose inside the controller. Pair button doesn’t work. Very disappointing

Horrible Bluetooth Connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is good, WHEN, it connects. I'm new at gaming on a PC, so I thought that the connectivity problems were my fault, until I found out later that there are hundreds of people with the same problem: the controller no connecting, or disconnecting in the middle of a gameplay, etc. I'm gonna have it replaced with Microsoft, but I just wish I had returned it when I could. Almost $200 for controller that can't even connect via Bluetooth?

Needs some build quality improvements.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one I owned bumper buttons died. Second one I bought suffered from left thumb stick drift. When it’s not breaking or broke works great…

Stick drift
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went through two of these, both got stick drift in under a month. Good, probably
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had an issue where it would double press a button within the first week. Returned, haven't bought another. Otherwise construction was good, felt premium

Stay Away
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed in this controller. The A button doesn’t register the press roughly half of the time. It feels solid, triggers and the other options are great, but the lack of quality control on these buttons are a known issue that Microsoft has not yet addressed.

Defective and connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller feels good and gives every perception of quality including a nice case to hold accessories. However, it has been plagued with connection issues since day 1. Finally, 9 months in and it finally broke. Microsoft has extended the warranty to 1 year presumably due to ongoing quality issues.
