Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the controller's exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options. Users also frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and high-quality tactile feel. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the durability of the buttons and bumpers, as well as the early onset of stick drift. Despite these technical frustrations and the premium price point, many still consider it a top-tier gaming accessory.

Not any more rugged than a regular model
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing like the X button sticking after just 2 months. Garbage. Save your money and get the $50 one.

Sad Microsoft. Left stick drift after 36 days
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in 9/17/20 and on 10/22/20 I have left stick drift. SMH Microsoft I cant be buying $60 warranty every month. I consider myself a casual and average gamer. I play battle royale once every couple of days and for maybe 3-5 hours at a time. Unacceptable *Note the microsoft only offers 30 manufacturers warranty. You need the best buy warranty if you are going to get this

Bad Product
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to like this controller but I don't. The buttons don't register half of the time, stick drift happens too often, and the price is off. To replace it, means having to wait for another one to come from Microsoft or shell out a lot of money.

Buyer Beware Open Box
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this thing open box "excellent" condition. The left stick was half broken, it wouldn't click down all the way when you tilt it. The right stick already had drift. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the return was so painless.

Poor Craftsmanship, apparently!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very happy to get this Elite Series 2, as the first Elite Controller was fantastic. After using the Series 2, I noticed that the ergonomic design had improved slightly over the last iteration. HOWEVER, after using the controller for less than one full day, the paddles on the back of the controller stopped functioning. I tried updating the controller - no updates available. I tried turning off the controller and then powering it back on, to no avail. I then restarted my console, thinking "perhaps that will work." Yet again, I was disappointed to find that the controller's paddles still do not work. $180 down the drain, since my controller is not returnable anymore. I purchased it in advance of the Series X launch so I'd have it when my new console arrived. I guess I won't ever purchase accessories that far in advance again!!

Great controller, still has standard issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great controller and feels very solid. Unfortunately, it still develops the joystick drift that I have had an issue with on all other controllers.

QC Issues.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Face buttons won't register sometimes (specifically the A button) and bluetooth connection is completely unreliable. My old DS4 controller from 2015 has a better connection than this, and still holds up really well. There are some serious QC issues with this controller.

Okay, but poor life
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is nice, the first year of use is great. Having access to extra buttons is convenient. However this controller is way too expensive to only last roughly two years. I am a moderate gamer and disappointed to get so little play time out of the controller.

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I understand that it was a open box, but having stick drift that bad on a controller that should’ve been recertified tested and tested again it’s pretty ridiculous

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the first controller I had tried other than the ones that came with the XBox when I bought it. I found the controller difficult to use because of the paddles on the back. The paddles can be removed, but at that point you might as well not have this controller. This controller may be more beneficial for specific games or other types of games, but I typically play the Forza series and Call of Duty, and for those I didn't find it any better than the regular XBox controller.

Stick Drift on Open Box
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased an 'excellent' open box controller. It looked great but had horrible stick drift when I got it home. Unfortunately, none of the other open boxed items looked good compared to this one with stick drift.
