But do yourself a solid and get the two year warranty. The bumpers on these controllers are ill designed and easily snap. best buy said they would replace for wear and tear. Also works on a PC and the Xbox One X. So a sound investment if you wanna pony up $200

Has a great feel and an improvement to the usual controller. My only regret is the the paddles underneath cannot be programmed beyond the a, b, x and y buttons. In other words, the buttons and the paddles must trigger the same activity. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

This was a replacement controller the first one went bad. I had purchased a warranty Best Buy exchange the previous one for a new one without any problems. I love this controller it feels heavy in my hands and just plays well. If you buy this buy a warranty.,

This is one of the best controllers I've ever used BUT, make sure you get the best buy 2 year warranty. Mine basically fell apart after about 9 months. But before then, I loved it. I got another one for free with the best buy warranty. It's only $20 and well worth it.

I'm now on my 3rd elite controller in 3 months and while it's a fantastic controller it has a few flaws like the bumpers breaking off and joystick issues. Buy the warranty and you won't have to worry about it

If you're after a customizable controller, this is the best option. Other controllers can be up to 200-300$. The Elite, running at around 160$ with tax included, is a very reasonable price. I have had mine for around a month now and have no issues so far with anything.

I like this. I like being able to change out the pad with one that feels nice. It all comes in a great case. The ability to change the layout is great. I have not be able to program this yet, and found that was not as simple as expected. I use it with an XBOX ONE, and it was not simple like I would have liked. It was easier to put it down and use my other controller. It does feel good, and I am sure I will grow to like the programmability, but not at that point yet. I gave 4 stars because the feel, construction and case, and changeability of button make it a great controller. I could not give it 5 stars because the programming should have been simple. I have had "custom" type controllers before and the programming was always simple, this lacked that. Even without programing it is a great controller, I just hope I get that part figured out and it goes to the next level.

This is really stretching on that 4 star. If I could do a 3.5 I would. At first when I go this controller It felt amazing. The hand grips eventually gave out and it has a wandering stick.

Purchased the Xbox One Wireless Elite Controller to improve my gaming experience. The controller is awesome and I like the capability of being able to customize its settings. The only problem is that the X, A, Y, and B buttons do not light up and its difficult to see the buttons because they are all black. Microsoft needs to fix this.

The options for having a custom controller button layout and different sticks and stuff is an awesome concept. It works really nice everything seems to be more touchy and responsive than an average controller but it's a bit over priced for what you get with it

Absolutely adore this remote and will not go back to a regular remote. The paddles were a serious learning curve, but my multiplayer gaming reaction time has dramatically reduced after learning to use them.
