This controller is great. Very sturdy and lots of options when configuring for games. Its a little pricey for a console, but compared to some of the high end pc controllers its a lot cheaper than those and offers most of the same options. I would recommend you add the 2 year warranty for it. I have only had it for a 2 months or so and its been perfect, but if something were to go wrong it would suck to have to shell out 150 bucks again. I will update this review again if something happens with the controller, hopefully not though! :)

Love the controller. The optional paddles a great. Also really like the trigger pull difference.

Been using this controller for many years. I love the design and it fits my gaming needs with the extra paddles.

Weighted nice, comfortable, but takes time getting used to extra buttons (as expected). Tip: remember to double-tap the button to turn paddles off before setting the controller down.

Bought this for my son for his bday. Loves it and won't let anyone touch it. So many functions the others don't have. Very user friendly

great so far. good grips and options to program and the extra 4 paddles on the bottom are good for shooters and competitive although I am only using 2 so far.

Best controller on the market, by far. It is very customize-able and it really upped my level of game play in online multi-player games.

I love the feel of this devise but Microsoft needs to take responsibility for the left stick drift. We pay a lot for this controller and deserve better components.

I've been reading the reviews on this product since it's announcement and launch. I had considered a Scuf controller in the past but they can get pricy when you start the build with prices going into the hundreds. If you have that kind of money laying around than it's not a bad buy for you. With the Elite controller, you get the best features for a pro controller, a good price, and if it is in stock you can walk out of the store with it in the same day. Even though it is described as a pro controller this will enhance anyone's game.

it was difficult to figure your own personal settings but thats what makes it so good because u can really make it the way u want it to be

Very responsive, easy to program, the grip is comfortable. The extra long thumb sticks took the place of my kontrol freaks.

Love the ease of using this controller over a standard controller. Like being able to switch out the different buttons.

A bit pricey but offers all kinds of different settings. Offers tweaking and controller settings even scuf controllers do not have

I can't say I have been using the controller to it's full potential but it feels great in my hands and have had no issues with it to date.

All the controllers I’ve brought through the years, I’ll say purchased the elite controller is a great choice.

The controller is very well built and has a very sturdy design. It definitely feels like you're getting what you pay for but the paddles underneath seem to be "in the wrong place". I think Scuf has much better paddle placement but this is coming from a gamer who does not invest much time in console/controller gaming as I am primarily PC mouse/kb so your mileage will vary. I think the Elite controller has an upper hand on quality as there has been a lot of reported next-gen console Scuf controllers going bad/faulty. Make sure before making your purchase that you do the research and (unlike me) allow your muscle memory to develop when it comes to new devices.
