Great controller, until it breaks.

The weight is fantastic, the hair triggers is an added plus, and the overall comfort of the controller is second to none...but saying all that, I'm on my second one and it is falling apart again. My first controller I purchased and was extremely happy until I noticed that the D-Pad was sticking and making errant movements while playing the game. Getting contact with MS they sent me a new controller (thank you) and this one was fine for about a year, and then the grip started to become unglued. I had to get a hot glue gun and fix it myself, because I was beyond the warranty at this point. Annoyed I carried on, and then the LB bumper broke. Not started to stick or lose it's "click", it just fell off. The controller is fantastic, but I can't recommend it to anyone until they make better quality parts.

Interchangeable d-pad and thumb sticks are great... this controller can be adapted to ease and enhance your gameplay as you see fit. With a quick toggle between two different profiles at any given time. More can be assigned through the Xbox or PC Xbox controller app. Solid comfortable controller with a good weight to it.

However, it feels so much better than the standard controllers. I love that it has a little more weight to it, and the customization that it offers. There are some games where it is nicer to have the taller thumb pads or the half-triggers. If you game for extended periods of time, then this controller is a must.
