Best controller

The ergonomics and button placement makes this the best. So far I've owned this for over 2 years and no problems or issues so far. I've dropped it a couple of times from about 3 feet and buttons are still intact and no loose buttons.

Great Product! BUT for WIN 10?

I believed the keys could be assigned to keyboard commands. It is not possible through the native software at all!! You can buy secondary software to accomplish the task but it can't be done out of the box. Period! That is not clear in all the reviews and product info I read before purchase. So beware! I am very happy after the fact but it's a very expensive lesson to learn!

This controller is a serious upgrade, I didn't think I would use the additional buttons, but it's changed my game. I no longer touch the front four. I love that you can have two different button layouts for different games, makes for a very custom gameplay. If you are at all considering this, GET IT!

Good product but get the warranty

With that being said, we got the Geek Squad protection on the last one we purchased and I was able to do a direct trade when it broke within the 2 years. No questions asked, just a brand new controller shipped to my house. I purchased a new protection plan for $25 for the replacement controller I received. So worth it.

Went through 3 regular controllers in 2 years at one point and this one was almost in perfect condition after 2 years (just a tiny bit of left stick drift). The 2 year replacement warrantee for $20 was a great deal too. Bought Jan. 2018.

Well made, not worth the price
