I've owned several after market controllers that were ok, but they never lasted very long. Nice to see microsoft finally stepped up to the plate. I've only had it for a couple months now, so I can't speak to the longevity of the unit, but so far so good. I like the swappable parts, but I wish that they locked onto the controller a bit more securely. Overall a good purchase albeit expensive!

The features of this thing are great for hardcore gamers, but not likely to be useful to casual ones. The ability to customize the buttons and layouts are great, but again, most of it isn’t not going to be useful to try average gamer in a way that will justify the high cost.

DEFINITELY takes some getting used to but will increase the overall effectiveness for some over time. Don't get me wrong this controller won't turn you into a pro gamer overnight but it is a leg up on the competition

If you consider yourself a gamer and don't have this controller your doing it wrong! You can easily modify it to your playing style. It also comes with a case. I can't believe I've been playing all theses years without this controller . Thanks Microsoft you outdid yourself!
