There's a little bit of an adjustment period, but after that it's tough to go back to a regular controller. I will say, I imagine the elite controller is more beneficial to action and fast-paced games and not all that necessary for platforms or puzzle games.

The customizable options for the controller are quite in depth as necessitated by the device's hefty price. If you don't already own an Xbox One, then it would be more cost effective to purchase one with the Elite Controller included.

Solid build quality, interchangeable sticks and functional paddles. Also ability to make the "throw" on the triggers shorter for shooters and longer for racing games is game changing. If you're serious about gaming, buy this.

It was frustrating at first remembering to use the paddles. All I did was unmap the buttons that I mapped to the paddles. Also get the geeksaquad warranty with it so if it breaks you can walk in store and exchange

It was sold out everywhere and one day best buy called me out of the blue 2 months later saying they had 2 show up and he had kept my number on his desk as being someone who wanted it. Thanks and the controller is perfect it takes gaming to the next level.

Like all controllers over time it starts to show some wear. I’ve had mine for a year and a few months and the grips are starting to peel off and the thumb sticks are getting worn out so DEFINITELY GET THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY WITH THIS PRODUCT. Overall I recommend this product.

Xbox Elite Controller

However, I have had issues within the first month with the back panels. One of them became slightly loose and now is hanging very noticeably. I did not buy the protection plan for this controller, but I am attempting to get this minor problem fixed. I would be VERY appreciative if someone from customer service could assist me.

I happened to see these as we were walking out on Black Friday and did I ever make the greatest purchase ever??? Kids were blown away! Personally, I didn't like the longer back lever, so I modded them with a rotary tool and they are perfect. I love the magnetic analog sticks, I have the longest one on the look stick.
