Controller is pricey but my son loves it and and will never go back to regular controller. The negative reviews on build quality frightened me a little, but I bought the extended warranty just in case. My son has had controller for over a month and has had no problems.

i bought the control to play call of duty. let me say that I was already a good player on a regular control and now that i have the elite controller honestly in my opinion i dont see much of a difference if you have the money i will say buy it if not then just get use to playing on a regular controller because its really all the same..

I upgraded from the basic controller to the elite so I could use some of the paddles to free up my other fingers. This controller didn’t disappoint. It was super easy to set up through the Xbox, and I have had no issues with this product whatsoever

This is one of the best controllers I have owned. Besides the grips coming loose after extended use(I game ALOT) I wouldn’t use any other one. I do recommend getting protection so when they do come off you just take it in for a new one!

I got a very good discount with a trade in bonus. I wouldn't spend $150 for a controller. It doesn't disappoint though, I personally don't see the need for the paddles in most games. Halo, Titanfall 2, and Left 4 Dead are games the Elite was designed for IMO.

This controller is worth the investment. Worst thing about it ,is the plastic grips will come off eventually. Other than that a great investment for a gamer wanting to step up his button configuration.

The elite controller is a must have for Xbox one gamers. I love that I can set up different game profiles and switch between them very easily. It takes time to get used to the paddles underneath the controller but once you do its an entirely different gaming experience.

The Elite is second to none when it comes to controller quality. It is well built with great grip. It takes some getting used to as the addition of the paddles changes how you have to hold your controller. The only drawbacks I have are the price and the weak 3 month warranty. If you get this controller I highly recommend geeksquad protection.

As a controller - this excels. But as a premium product, the quality control went down the drain. This controller is prone to break within a year. So, get it with an extended warranty if possible.

Thank God I purchased a Best Buy protection plan because after certain amount of months of gaming this controller is constantly malfunctioning, joysticks ghosting and battery fails to hold a consistent charge

I've heard people say negative things about the grips on these , i've head them for about a year and still no complains just praises . thank god for Microsoft , after I bought these im unstoppable on any game I decide to play.

i was skeptical of purchasing this for the price. but it was well worth the money. the joy sticks and bottom buttons are pure metal same with the D-pad. also the removable joysticks and D-pad are magnetized! there are almost too many settings to wrap my head around.

I bought this controller because of the hopes of it being stronger than the original controller. It so far has lived up to the expectations. A little expensive in my opinion, but you do get what you pay for, which has been a quality controller for Xbox One.

The controller in itself is really nice. It has good button feedback and the sticks are pretty accurate. The downside however is it falls apart really easily. Whether its the buttons getting stuck or the back grips falling off it really doesnt hold up well. I burn through a controller every few months.

This gaming controller is awesome it really does give you an advantage by not having to take your thumbs off of your thumb sticks practically ever and it's really good brain and memory skills getting used to the paddles definitely made me a better gamer!

First impression was good felt well made and going back to the regular controllers makes the original controllers feel cheap however the grips didn’t last very long before they began to peel off... functionality wise it’s a great controller though

It's a cool gadget and I really like the customizability it provides. It wasn't a total game changer for me but definitely made a difference! If you are looking for a way to sharpen up your play and maybe add a small advantage or two, give it a shot!

Heard my boyfriend talking about how a friend has this controller and LOVES it. Decided to get it for my boyfriend for his birthday. He had no idea (for once! :D) and he absolutely LOVES it! I'm so happy with this purchase and would do it all over again.

I didn't really think this controller would improve my play in destiny. But I was wrong it is so much better not having to take my thumb off of the joystick while jumping or sliding. It's a great controller that feels a lot better than the original controllers.

This unit is definitely a step up from the original.
