Best feeling of any xbox controller. Bonuses of being able to use earbuds and the total loss trigger a real plus. I use rechargeable aa batteries so I always have set ready to change to. The battery life is great with earbuds.

I like the overall design and different options for this controller. I would highly recommend the extra warranty to be bought with it. I’m on my third one and the previous two had different issues, the grips were coming apart and the buttons started to stick.

Except today fire button Xbox one x loud noise locks up and rebooting, did basic, reset and odd elite controller hitting using sword in Skyrim hear loud noises lockup brand new Xbox one x, why?

Great controller. My wife bought me this is a Christmas present and so far it’s working great. Makes the gaming experience a lot more enjoyable. Love all the extra features. I use this all the time.

I like the controller the overall quality is good, I am giving it this many stars because I have used it for 7 months and I had to get it replaced 2 times already. Microsoft customer service is good though.

Purchased as a gift for my gamer son. He loves the controller. It makes action games easier to play. He no longer uses the controller that came with the console. He strictly uses this one.

I used to go thru controllers every 4 months because of analog stick drift. Happens no more. This one is a gift for a friend. I have had mine for 18+ months and have not needed to replace it and it still works like new.

Bought this as a birthday present for my younger brother since he always wanted one , he loves it for multiplayer games , loves that he can swap out the thumb sticks for more added comfort

I love to game, but I would only classify myself as a moderate gamer. But if you love to game at all and are looking for the best controller to give you an edge in you gaming experience, then this is the controller for you!

This controller is great! In tears of function and advanced idea. While I would not buy it with out a warranty like geek squads! The grip has come lose but warranty fixed that. As for gaming it is amazing! A must have!

The customization features are nice to have but not worth it considering it's made just as cheaply as a regular $60.00 controller. Both joysticks have been worn down and do not work well. not worth the money but fun while it lasted

Great controller....the modifications you can make are numerous however it takes some time to adjust my gameplay and muscle memory to take full advantage of my changes.

Being able to change the controller for every single thing is a game changer. Hair triggers and sensitivity is amazing. The buttons on the bottom allow you to keep your fingers on the sticks and move and shoot.

Works well, good hand feel, buttons match various hand sizes, regular batteries seem to last ok depending on quality. Recharger pack works well and seems to be faster than regular charger, must have rechargeable batteries.

This controller will definitely give you and edge in any game to play. The custom settings are a little overwhelming at first, but if you search online for what others are using it will take the guesswork out.

Ive been a gamer over 20 years. Consider myself somewhat hardcore. I wanted to like this controller. Its built great. But the design isnt optimal imo. I ket hitting the buttons on the back by accident.

As a xbox one player. This controller is on of the best for being wireless. Its had different features that player can adapt to. Must have.

I'm a BEAST regardless of what controller I use... Standard or this one. It's fun nonetheless and if you're up for a challenge then... It's a "BEST BUY" indeed. The challenge of overcoming the muscle memory from a standard controller is what's most intriguing to me though! Good luck!

This was a christmas present for my husband and he loves this controller. I have held it and sort of used it and this remote feels really good in the hand, my son who is a "gamer" wants one also. I don't like to use controllers (old school, click and move) but I would use this one.
