I have other controllers for my xbox one and thought I could use the rechargeable batteries that use a docking station to charge but you can't use that type on the elite controller because the lid for battery is designed different

The controller for the most part is great I love the smooth handling of the analog sticks thanks to the fact that the strut to the actual thumb pad is metal and does not scrape and wear with the circular space of the stick, but it gets tiring to hold this thing after extended periods of gameplay (depending on how you hold the controller). The paddles take a bit of getting used to, and at times I found myself accidentally pressing them while playing and pressing other buttons. While you can remove them or shut them down instead, there is not a quick way to switch them on or off except for double tapping the sync button.

Nice controller, have only had it for a month at this point, but paying 150 for it is a little steep. I will have to wait to see how it actually holds up in the next few months

Why not 5 stars? Price is part of it. The other is, while well made, the internals for the left/right buttons are still cheap. Mine broke like they do on oem controllers. Still, it’s a great addition

I use this controller on my pc for rocket league. This controller has finally given me my wings and I now soar through the sky dunking on the twelve year olds. 10/10

Controller fits nicely in your hands, has some weight to it which is also nice. The joysticks do make weird "clicking" noises when they are pushed down, almost like something is loose. Otherwise very nice controller.

i really love this controller! The vibrations when you play your game is amazing. And I really like how you could change the pieces to fit the game that you're playing

I'm so glad I bought this controller!! Combos are a breeze now and the shape of the controller fits perfectly in your hands. I can not say one bad thing about this purchase!!

Honestly this controller is a little hard to get used to but once you do it's amazing I've had zero problems and it makes games so much more fun to play

This elite controller has done more than one can imagine! It takes gaming to another level! If you consider yourself a gamer you need one of these!

I’ve had this controller since the day it was released. Hands down best console controller ever. Also get geek squad replacements. Very worth it.

This controller is worth every penny! Love the customization options! This is made for shooters and gears of war! Heads are popping all the time!!

It's so much better than other remotes I've had. The trigger is much faster and thus I have more kills in FPS games. It's really sturdy and allows me to have more control of my game.

This is a great controller however it is definitely heavier than a standard xbox one controller. You get used to it after a while but certainly something to note.

I'm sure to some this may sound like just small upgrades, but I play enough to justify the purchase. I love the feel the custom buttons and the custom thumbsticks. Big fan.

I love the ability to change thumb pads, makes a huge difference. The movement is looser than "stock" controllers. The rubberized grips are very comfortable.

The biggest complaint with these controllers is the grips come off pretty easily After Time. Sometimes you will get drifting on the left toggle stick. Would recommend purchasing but only with Best Buy warranty

Only issue I’ve had is the trigger switches in the back snapped off on me unfortunately. Rest of controller holds up well.

Could tell as soon as I picked the controller up I good tell it was quality. The hair trigger locks and sensitivity adjustments are game changing

This is the real thing. Highest quality controller ever, the settings available for the analog sticks are awesome.
