The weight is on the heavy side compared to the stock controller. Personally I would not buy this controller again for the simple reason that I had to send it back 2 times to Microsoft, once for Stick drift and the other was for the right trigger bumper stop. If you decide to purchase it get a warranty threw Best Buy or wait until the new one comes out in Nov 2019
