The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because you have to be dedicated to master it. It’s a big change from the regular controllers, but once you get the hang of it, it’s awesome!

It helps out a lot with reflexes or maybe with slower internet speeds, but it definitely works with reaction time. The wire helps also.

So my daughters Elite controller had issues with buttons and dpad working intermittently. Had the extended warranty so went in to replace, they did not have a new one and said none were available in the company so I could get a refurbished one, it was less money and she could get it within a week so I agreed. I also was now charged $39.99 instead of the $24.99 which by the way used to be $19.99 for the extended warranty to cover the new/refurb one. Not appreciative of this as the extended warranty is cheaper from 2 different places but that is the way the new (improved?) best buy is. I also had to turn in a charging cable with my old one as it was required but yet when the new one came it had no such cable with it, this was never mentioned and was certainly not received well. It truly appears that doing business face to face with the same store for almost 20 yrs has now become rather useless, your not treated like a person or customer that they wish to continue to do business with, just another number or consumer that comes in and out. It is no longer about the customer just their bottom line and pricing has started to reflect that, even though they price match I find they are more expensive 60-70 % of the time now. There match policy is rather absurd also and that caused them to lose 3 sales recently from me. I have now found that doing business with an online competitor has been much more satisfying with no haggle returns or price matching it just has become a less disappointing transaction.

I waited a long time to get this because of the cost. I really wish I had pulled the trigger sooner, this thing is a dream.

I love how responsive the buttons are. The price is a bit high, but I think it was worth the purchase.

Bought this for my husband, since he’s a big time gamer. He loves it and uses it all the time. I do recommend getting the warranty.

this was purchased for my nephew. he picked it out and really enjoys the look of it.

Purchased as a gift for brother, he now said he can never go back to playing with a regular controller.

my husband was bugging to get him this remote so I surprised him with it. he loves it. great durable very good remote and he loves it.

The controller is a premium controller in look and feel. I love the hair triggers and getting the longer joystick for shooters. I highly recommend.

The feel and customization for assigning buttons is great along with the preset profiles you can change to quickly get into the game.

I’m not a pro gamer by any means but just the fact the you can program all the buttons and use flippers on the back instead pressing down on the sticks makes this a great product.

Was a gift for a gamer and he loved it. It has improved his gaming skills. Worth the money if you’re trying to improve your skills.

This gave me the edge to stick it to the competition. I went back and forth on getting this but so glad I did. BUY IT!!!!

I'm not much of a gamer, but my son needed this so that is why I picked one up. Does what it needs to do, and if he's happy, I'm happy.

I got the elite controller for my husband as an anniversary gift. It's exactly what he was hoping for and he loves being able to customize the controller.

This is how the controls should be out of the box!!! After playing with this one I can’t go back to the light cheaply made stock controller.

It is a bit costly, but it feels so good in your hands. I have wanted one for quite a while, honestly take some time to get use to the paddle buttons.

The Elite controller is a terrific buy you adjust it for any game and better your gameplay it is very easy to get used to.

simply put - the best controller for xbox. I am using with the One X. Pairing and customizing are easy. Worth the price if you enjoy gaming.
