Bought this for my son. He likes it a lot, but I will say that the paddles can come disconnected easily, and I'm afraid he'll lose them. Otherwise, great controller.

Great feel, works for what I need it for, but was a bit expensive for how delicate they are. This is the 2nd one I've purchased though, so overall i liked this product.

Can't beat an actual Microsoft product in this realm. Controller was worth every penny. I've been able to seamlessly move between COD and Battlefield.

It is a awesome gaming controller and I just love it alot. I would tell people to buy one in a heart beat !!! I would recommend it.

Its a great controller. I really enjoy the setup of the back paddles. However, the joysticks are still made of the same material as the basic controller and are prone to quick wear and tear.

xbox elite controller takes a little time getting use to & is a bit heavier then the normal controller but works great

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas he absolutely loves it and all the additional bells and whistles. a definite must have for a gamer.

I suggest purchase new. The refurbished controllers seem to have flaws and require exchanging until you get one that works. I live and die by the paddles and have average size hands. Someone with larger hands may struggle with the paddles. Long term use even with careful handling will eventually break the controller sticks or buttons. Buy these on sale, the quality of the controllers does not justify full price.

I have used elite controllers for about 5 yrs now. I use to only have to get a new controller once a year due to the bumpers breaking ( mainly the left ). But with this last control, I had issues right out of the gate. First the underside paddles where way to sensitive. Next, the left stick started drifting. And now I'm dealing with a slight drift on the left stick again. Thank God I got the in store warranty.

The controls are simple and easy to understand. The layout of the controller is great and I certainly believe it’s the perfect controller.

Everything you could ask a controller to be! Adaptable for any situation, great for gamers who take gaming seriously

Awesome investment but make sure to buy replacement plan because grips will fall off. Besides that it’s the best controller.

Finally managed to save up for this controller and I have to say it's lived up to the height. Definitely recommend if you can afford it.

I had about a dozen standard xbox controllers last me less than 6 months so I finally bit the bullet and got an Elite. Sure enough, this one failed around the 6 month mark as well. Fortunately, after a couple bad controllers I spent the extra $5 for protection plan. Unfortunately, when this one broke BestBuy was out of stock nationally so I had to go back to standard controllers. Hopefully the Xbox One X controllers will be more stable.

I recommed this controller to all gamers, the feel and multiple functions that you can do is great.

I was not too sure about the purchase before hand, but there are a lot cool things you can do with elite. I get the hesitation, but just go for it.
