This thing has way too many issues over time. The ergonomics are great, the controller works amazingly well when it wants to, but so far I've done several returns / exchanges. It stopped working out of nowhere, another had dead zone issues, then the adhesive grips came off another. For such a high price for a controlled you would expect better quality, but it just is not there. If you plan on buying this, plan on some sort of protection plan or manufacturer warranties.

The main draw of this controller is the extra paddles under the controller that you can map to any button, so you can keep your thumbs on the sticks instead of using them to press the buttons on the face. But I kept accidentally bumping the paddles on the bottom and could not find a grip that I found comfortable without accidentally pressing the paddles. Otherwise it seemed to be well a constructed solid piece of hardware.

I really like this controller. my brother wanted it and I thought it was a waste of money but my mind sure has changed about that.

This is a great controller for FPS games. Don't expect magic from it, but it will definitely help you to improve your K/D ratio.

Controller works great the only thing wrong is the back buttons are pre set and can't be altered to others as far as I know

The Xbox elite controller feels good as far as weight goes when you are using it. I like that you can choose what size joysticks you want. It is great until it starts falling apart. If you spend alot of time gaming then it won't last long. The rubber on the back where you hold it starts coming off after about 2 months of use. The buttons on the front top above the trigger buttons will soon fall off. The D-pad will begin to fail when pushing left and eventually completely quit working. Then to top it all off your character will start drifting to the side for no reason at all which makes game play extremely irritating at best and impossible at worst. Don't wast the money. We bought three, one for each family member, and the same thing happened to all three so it wasn't just one bad controller that got past QC. It is the controller design. I am now using a regular wireless controller that costs about costs about $40 and no problems with it. It has lasted alot longer than the elite.

This is the most responsive controller I have ever owned the feeling in hand is great. It's a little heavy but it's not uncomfortable
