A good controller for Xbox One. Use it a lot. Happy with it.

No cords. Made it easier on dogs and me not tripping over cord

Awesome in theory but the components started to break down and now, less than a year later, the controller is broken to the point of useless: left thumbstick is loose in its casing, drift on both thumbsticks, face buttons are mushy and unresponsive, and the left bumper is literally broken and falling off. This isn't a product abuse issue as all my other console components, including X1 launch controllers, still work absolutely fine. Customer service has been appallingly bad and I now have a $150 paperweight.

I like the customizability of this controller, but I don't actually find the rear paddles that useful. Also I am on my second one because the first one started to come apart after about a year where the rubber grip material was glued to the plastic.

The controller feels grate but this is my second replacement in two months they have a problem where the right bumper and left bumper like to pop out and the programming makes it where u stop moving shooting and so on

My son says it has helped him play COD a little better

I’m very easy on my electronics, especially at the $150 price mark. I’ve had 3 and each one was defective. Trigger button broke inside, right toggle was severely traveling when not using. Very unhappy with the quality.

The Elite controller is a fantastic piece of hardware, but it is not built to last. Within a year, the rubber grips started to detach from the controller, and last week (after about 3 years of semi-regular use) the left thumbstick base broke inside the controller itself. Microsoft does not offer any repair options for out-of-warranty controllers and does not sell replacement parts, despite the fact that this piece of hardware costs half as much as the console it controls. If you think you can squeeze $150 of value out of it before it breaks definitely pick it up. Otherwise despite its very cool features, it's a questionable long-term value.
