It took some time to get use to, but this is DEFINITELY my new favorite controller!!! I don't know if it's worth $150, but I'm keeping it.

I recently purchased the Elite and I’m very happy so far. I haven’t had time to delve into button mapping yet, but what I have tried is working well.

Perfect for the serious gamer, love hair trigger locks, anti sweat grips, and changeable joysticks for the perfect fit.

I went in the store with concern that it was a waste of money but once I got it I knew I made a great decision

When your a gamer you need the best just go to Best Buy and Buy the new controller that works just great

This controller is easy to set up and just as easy to use! It is definitely a great buy for any gamer!

Bought the controller in March or April of 2016. I used this controller around 8-10 hours a day and noticed my LB button started to become loose in August of 2016. Got a replacement in September of 2016 and now my right joystick has stick drift. Warranty no longer covered on controller so I would have to pay full price for a new controller. Good controller to have for games like Overwatch, but be warned of the cheap parts they use.

The heaviness helps you grip the controller plus there is alot of customization. Great product

Great for the first year, now the rubber pads where your fingers wrap around the bottom of the controller are coming off. The paddles are fine, but fall off if you drop the controller or if you just happen to pick up the controller and bump the paddles. For a PREMIUM price I expect a PREMIUM product. I’d buy again, but not pay more than $75 new

Overall a good controller, feels really solid but the internal parts are cheap. Had mine for about six months, took very good care of it, for it to fail and Microsoft only has a 90 day warranty, so do yourself a favor if you decide to purchase this controller get the extended warranty.

Great Concept, Great Feel, if it would actually not breakdown within 30 days I would easily sale them to friends and family. I have purchased 2, both have failed in less than 30 days the bumpers are complete TRASH. It's not a BREAK it's a FAILURE, no plastic breaking just plain falling apart. I am an older Video Gamer, TRUST me I know how to take care of my equipment. Epic Failure MS, my son purchased one of these 150 dollar controllers as well it failed in 30 days.. 3 for 3 failed in the same way, to bad MS.

I’ve personally gone through 3 of these controllers. The only reason I keep getting them is because I had GSP. My first one had the hand grips pealed off, on my second the d-pad quit working, and now my third has bad stick drift on L3 and I can’t click in the stick. I by no mean beat up my controllers, I take very good care of them, I just play a lot. For a controller that costs 2.5X the price of a regular controller, it should last more than 6 months on average. Also, It’s not just me. I know 3 friends who have returned their elite because they fall apart. Very disappointed.

New and amazing response control for first person shooter

I've had the controller since October 2016 and I can say that it's just not. I've had to replace the Bumpers due to terrible build quality , TWICE! (Whose bright idea was it to make the bumpers one solid piece with a tiny plastic piece that bridges them) Also the handgrips rubber started falling off the controller kind of like it was warping in Jan. I thought maybe I got a bad set so I als replaced it with an OEM set... Bad idea. This ones right grip warped as well in Aug. Which now I decided to replace with the set by Scuf. *crosses fingers*. The trigger stops, extra paddles, and button customization in settings are awesome. It's just too bad about the build quality So if your ready to spend 150+ on the controller plus 25 for replacement grips plus another 5-10 for bumpers. More power to you. Just remember this controller is not Elite. The designers of this controller seem to have cut too many corners. And, the warranty is only 90 days with Microsoft. So buy that Bestbuy warranty!

Obtained one via the elite bundle. Highly dissatisfied because the left analog was defective out the box. Although it is under warranty, M$ cant even provide a shipping label to correct a well known problem. 150 is a little much for an item that is known to be defective.
