Short-lived, Weak
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't do it. The right stick rattled and bounced from the beginning. After a year of light use, the right bumper stopped working. The signal is so weak I often lose connection. All of my Xbox One and Xbox One X controllers work fine, even still. Microsoft won't repair or replace. I'd definitely get as much of a warranty as exists. You will need it.

Not intended for use with a PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to use with Rocket League on the PC. The connector for the USB cord failed within a week. (You have to use the joypad wired on a PC... really? Really.) I got the extended warranty on it, but have been unable to replace it in-store because it's never available anymore. Smooth move, Best Buy. Ya got me. Stay away from this controller if you are on PC!

Poor Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BUY the extended warrantee. Product has a six month replacement guarantee; my product broke 2 days out of warrantee. Left joy stick stopped working. Call MS and they said too bad, buy another one. Before you buy this product search Google for "Elite Controller Repairs". See how many people are having problems with left bumpers falling out, delaminating rubber grips, and other issues.

Received two by mail and neither works correctly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one I bought two weeks ago was defective due to the directional pad. You could press the right over button and it actually goes down. I exchanged it and had another mailed out to me since stores do not carry this item and the second one had the same exact issues. Completely returning and getting a scuf.

doesn't last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this as a christmas gift. It lasted 6 months and it broke..You call Microsoft and you get no help. Remotes only have a 3mo. warranty and they will not repair it. So spend 150.00 and 6mos later they want you to just buy a new one. Well thats not going to happen. save your money its junk.

lasted 6 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this controller and should have bought the geek squad protection since microsoft seems to think 6 months is an acceptable life span for a 150 dollar controller. the controller is in like new condition and stopped working properly as if there is a bad connection inside the controller

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible for the price I'm very dissaopointed to say that is an Xbox-Microsoft product this is the worst controller parts and sticks break to easy it is a shame people buy it especially at that price the durability is that of an 80 year old person never would I buy it again ever!!!

Waste of money and time.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really don't need this controller. I had no idea it would not be a factor or difference in play. The extra buttons make it worse of an experience and I had to learn what the buttons were made for. The controller is just not what I needed and is a waste of money.

Refurb sent instead of new model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought what I thought was a “new” Xbox elite controller. Instead a dirty, worn, and dented used controller was sent instead with no paddles or even a batter housing back plate. Will be returning for refund. Very poor customer service Best Buy.

Breaks with regular use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Many of the buttons cheap plastic and break with regular use. The warranty is only good for 90 days. Stick with the regular controllers. Do not waste your money on this product.

Disappointed

Cheap Chinese crap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller will last about 3 months. I've had 8 of these. Thank god for geek squad protection plans bc I would be out almost $1,500 if not for it.

Poor build
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the biggest piece of junk controller I've ever used. Everything falls apart in 6 months or less. You can buy better for the money.
