I’ve used a normal control for way too long, that my brain/hands were too dumb to integrate the paddles. Luckily they are easy to remove. The control does feel slightly better than a normal controller.

He is still trying to adjust to the new one but aware of all the different ways he will be able to customize and expand his playing abilities.

The lower paddles are difficult to learn to use and often get bumped when you don't want them to. I am most impressed with the weight, the weight distribution, and the rock solid response from all of the buttons and triggers.
