I bought two of these controllers. They're pricey but the way that they're built is worth every penny.

I would recommend this for anyone who likes to customize things and wants more options. My only complaint is price, but buying an open box one is well worth it.

This is just about the perfect video game controller. The weight feels substantial, the texture in the grips gives a feeling of confidence, and the customization is a nice bonus. Price is steep, but you get what you pay for.

The build quality feels great, and the ability to configure it to suit your needs is awesome. I find myself turning off the paddles and just using it as a normal controller. I want to be able to program the paddles as combinations not just having a duplicate of the face buttons.

Fantastic build quality and quick action back paddles. The overall build quality is fantastic and with the headset I'm able to game in the living room on my pc without any issues. I'm currently using the controller for Elder Scrolls Online and Guild Wars 2 without a hitch. It works very well with XPadder (personal preference) I'm currently using this on a PC platform and if you are technically inclined and have some programming experience you can actually remap the back paddles by using an application. It is certainly not for the faint of heart though. The only issues I've ran into are that the battery compartment is a little wonky and when the controller is sat down on the arm of the couch it tends to hit the paddle buttons which can be annoying but expected.

My son loves this controller...I love it too. I was skeptical because of the price of the controller but it has been worth it. The fact that it has multiple profiles to program has been extremely helpful. Customization has been a huge benefit. For Shooters, which we play a lot of, there is nothing more valuable than being able to D3 with out having to click the thumbstick. This allows you to zoom, or crouch without losing your aim. Hair trigger locks let you fire semi-auto weapons much faster. And because it is controlled with a switch on each side you can switch between hair trigger and traditional quickly The ability to swap the sticks and D-Pad is also great. It allows for better precision and allows you to make the controller more comfortable base on feel. The Sticks are magnetic, and easy to swap. It comes with 6 of them in 3 lengths, with 2 top shapes. All of this isn't cheap but it feels premium and as I mentioned before...worth it.

Never understood how a controller could be worthy of such a hefty price tag but I understand now. The weight and feel is far superior of any I've used before. I would highly recommend getting the extended warranty.

The controller is quality from the word go. Really makes the gaming experience on the Xbox one even better. It takes a bit to get used to the paddles but they can be a real help for the polished gamer.

This controller feels so much more solid and hefty compared to the regular controller. The controller is more accurate with the movement of the joystick, but it seems to drain the battery faster than the regular remote.

Love the quality and would recommend this to every true gamer!

I was skeptical about this controller & finally gave in. The fact that you can button map & customize the controller to each game is very useful for experienced players. Works great for shooters, RPGs, & racing games.

Best product of Xbox One controllers that I have ever bought!

Great quality controller but I expect it to be for the price tag. Hard to get used to the bottom triggers because I’m used to gripping the controller. I’ve taken them off for the time being and I like the weight of the controller. Heavier than normal since it uses metal and magnets to hold on the pieces you can change.

I will no longer use any other controller on xbox.
