The controller is decent, but missing a few things. It doesn't include a rechargeable battery (or any at all) for its incredible price, so I was disappointed. The joysticks only give a taller option, not a shorter, and the reaction time does not seem improved over the controller. The good things about this controller are how heavy it is, the rubberized grip is wonderful, and the d-pad is responsive. Overall average for something three times the price of a standard controller.

This is my second controller. First one suffered from a bad drop. Bought extended warrenty this time around. I cant even play cod without it. Buttons are a bit tricky at first but it does get easier. Wont make you an elite player but helps for not having to take hands off sticks to hit a button. Build quality is superb. Drop was my fault not anything wrong with it. Just remember its $150 and to take good care of it even when your frustrated. Highly highly recommend!

I love it. You can customize it in so many ways to compliment your gaming style. By far the best controller to get.

I bought this knowing a new elite controller is on its way but so far I am fairly satisfied. It is definitely well built and I have read of issues with the controls and that drift issue so I decided to spring for the extended warranty. Not 100% sold as to all the hype around it but I’m still learning and tweaking the customization of the controller. I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra money but it definitely feels better and more solidly built than the standard one. I would recommend this only to serious gamers. It doesn’t offer much to the average user.

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller is an awesome controller. It feels very good in your hands, and the paddles on the back are great to map additional controls. The swappable thumbsticks are a neat idea, too.

The ability to map any button even the joystick clicks can be remapped is great. The levers underneath are easy to press any rearrange. Adjustments to all controllers possible. Changing the trigger adjustments with a switch is nice and necessary for some controls such as vehicles and flying craft. With my Scuf I would have to change to a stander controller mid game. Wish it had short dome and larger surface analog sticks however. Finding the software for the PC is a bit confusing.

This controller is great. Very high quality. The switchable parts are very useful. The paddle controls are a welcome addition, but are sometimes triggered accidentally. I was happy to be able to map the stick clicks to the paddles. The RB and LB buttons are much easier to press than the ones on the older xbox one controller. I have very large hands and this controller is much more comfortable to use than the original xbox one controller. I would highly recommend this controller.

I was actually getting this as a gift for my boyfriend, for his birthday, but after using it a bit myself, I found that I actually really needed one for my own enjoyment. It's amazing the difference in quality, and how much nicer it is to play with an Elite controller compared to the regular ones. That, and ever have those buttons you're just bad at combo-ing? No more, program the back hairline triggers and it's easy peasy now. Definitely worth the money if you have it.

This is the best controller I have ever used. The customization on it is great and the build quality is fantastic.

The ability to modify this controller is great. You can change control pads, stick height, trigger pulls and you can have buttons on the bottom of the controller. You can also download the app which allows you to reassign buttons. Oh, you can control vibration response levels. If that's not enough the materials used are great. The feel of the controller is magical. The materials seem really durable. The price had me hesitant to make this purchase but I'm really glad I did.

The quality of this product is amazing--it is the Cadillac of controllers. Love the configurable extra buttons

I purchased this remote for a couple different game types. Halo fps games and Halo wars 2 RTS. It's a great controller for those purposes. The materials used feel really good. The build quality on the other hand is severely lacking. The bumper has broken on 2 different controllers and now the 3rd is unusable unless plugged in. Batteries both rechargable and standard AA's don't work. I would recommend the controller but not without getting it from Best buy and getting the warranty. Otherwise, it's a huge waste of money because it will break.

Nice weight, feel and features. Loved this controller but it is expensive and the rubber grips started peeling off.

To start, the elite controller is awesome. I purchased the controller purely for the premium feel and it does not disappoint. Everything is smooth and crisp (and a lot less noisy than the stock controller). I originally purchased the refurbished model, but the quality was TERRIBLE. The refurb was cosmetically damaged with over worn control sticks and grime in the crevices. The local store took great care of me and I exchanged the refurb for a brand new one.

I know it's $150.00. I thought twice about buying it but it's worth it. The grip is awesome, the accuracy of the thumb sticks are amazing and it doesn't feel bulky like the regular controller. Well worth it.

I really wanted the performance of the Elite controller, but felt held back after seeing so many reviews about bad paddles. I have not experience that in the few months I've had it. But to be sure, definitely add protection for this. This is your baby; protect it! It's worth it. My gaming experience is so much better, and you'll never want to go back. Smooth controls, extra buttons underneath so my fingers don't have to move from the sticks. Nice heavy solid feel.

This is the best controller I have ever had. Once you get use to using it. The programming is the reason I bought this controller. The scuff controller,if you want to do the same it will cost you much more.

Not sure if it is worth $150, but if you have some cash to burn or it is on sale. Pick one up, it is a well designed controller. It won't suddenly make you Pro Gamer, but it might make you feel that way.
