I’ve owned two of these. Both were purchased in 2018. Within a few weeks of getting the first one, the left bumper came loose. I meant to send it to Microsoft for repair/replacement but didn’t get around to it. I bought a second one which has lasted longer. but a few weeks ago the wrap around rubberized grip split at the seam on the right side. I’m a casual gamer. This has features I don’t use. What I fell in love with is the weight and the rubberized grip this thing is wrapped it. The feel is one of quality. It’s just - I’m not an every day gamer. For the price. I would expect fewer defects.

This controller is perfect for PUBG. That's really the only reason I bought it. There's just so many controllers that it's basically essential to map buttons to the paddles underneath. If you're looking for the perfect PUBG controller, look no further.

The Xbox one elite controller is the best thing I have ever held in my hands, it is amazing..

I can't say it made my game play any better, but it dose what it is intended to do. The controller is comfortable in the hand and I like that you can configure the controller how ever you want and mix and match thumb sticks as well as the paddles on the back of the controller. Not sure how it compares to a Scuf but I like my choice in controllers

Love the Elite controller but after using it for a few months the right side palm bumper rubber started to peel off. Returned it for the Elite version 2 because thank god I brought the Geek protection on it.

It's worth the extra money for the extra features that comes with it. Case is even included.

This should have been the "Day One" edition controller. I give it the highest recommendation.

While it is costly, if purchased with a bundle it's certainly worth it for a hardcore gamer.

This controller is awesome! it feels good and there's weight to it so it really feels high quality. If you game a lot then this is a no brainer and you won't regret the purchase. It's up to you if you feel the price is justified though.

So I've been on the fence about getting this controller for a while. Finally took the plunge and will never look back. I love the freedom it gives me to literally design the functionality. The ability to have two distinct programmed layouts at a time is clutch for any major FPS game. Allowing you to seamlessly switch from aggressive offensive play to a reserved defensive style with a flick of the switch. The feel of the controller itself is far superior to the basic wireless Xbox one controller. The only notable issue... it will take some time to re wire your brain to use the paddles versus the buttons. Once you get there though it's everything you ever wanted to be able to do in game. The controller is great but the price was a bit high. It was also out of stock at Christmas time which I felt was irresponsible of the Microsoft company . Best Buy was the first to let me know when it was back in stock and quick to get it shipped to us

It feels and seems to be a good quality controller. However, I decided that it was overkill for my needs and I would be just as well suited with a regular controller. The only reason this only gets 4 stars is because it doesn't have Bluetooth compatibility.

I absolutely love this controller... I wish I had bought one earlier. It does better with battery life, is WAY more rugged, and the customization rocks! I actually change the controlled around depending on the game I'm playing... which really improves accuracy.

This Elite controller is truly a Premium Product. It's preciously for gamers who truly wants the best. It's comfortable to hold and offers lots of customizing for racing, FPS & Sports games. The con is once you use this controller the standard controller feels odd.

far superior controller compared to controller that comes with the Xbox one. buttons/controls hold up better. would recommend extended warranty. rubber handles with alot of use will wear out. pricey though. wish it was lower $$.

This controller is the best for gaming, with the interchangeable joysticks and added paddles it makes switching playstyles easy. With the ability to change joysticks and adding the paddles, it is great for shooter games, racings games, etc.
