If you take gaming seriously in any shape way or form, this controller is a must!!! Can't imagine playing without the paddles now, and just overall the controller asteticly looks better than any other option

By far the best controller in terms of competitive gameplay. It out-beats Scuf by far and is an excellent choice for the competitive gamer in you and also the casual gamers looking to get an edge online!

The d pad is good for fighting games, makes them more enjoyable.

D@MN!! This is some well built piece of gaming hardware. Covert ops nor the factory controller(from the original XB1) were remotely close to this. Although I have yet to learn to use the paddles, I am very happy with it!!

I purchased the controller to help speed up my movement in shooters. Using the paddles on the back instead of having to take my thumb off the thumb stick to press buttons was enough for me to appreciate this controller. The fact that I’m able to program separate profiles to have different layouts for different games makes it even better. The Xbox Accessories app to assign each button or paddle, adjust thumbstick sensitivity, and adjust trigger sensitivity is a nice added bonus. I had considered buying this controller a couple years ago, but didn’t feel justified spending that kind of money on a controller. Now that I have one, I wish I hadn’t put the purchase off as long as I did.

It's smooth and really comfortable in my hands. This was a gift. I never would have gotten it for myself, but now that I have it, I'm troubled when I have to go without it. The sole negative: Battery drain is significant.

This is a great feeling controller and allows the user to customize a few buttons, but I feel that the paddles on the back make it more cumbersome than useful. Buy one when it's on sale and I'd say it's worth it.

This controller is so comfortable and feels very sturdy. The metal sticks are great and the additional triggers help with games like Halo and Overwatch. No more moving fingers off sticks to reach buttons!

Would recommend this to anyone who is serious about playing competitive. Great controller really easy to use and configure new button layouts through the xbox app. Better than a Scuf have both controllers prefer the elite.

At first I was apprehensive about the price for this controller but after playing a couple games it's hard to go back to a regular pad. The paddles keep your thumbs on the sticks and make the games much better to control.

Bought this for my little brother as an xmas present last year and he loved it because of how smooth it felt when gaming. He ended up loving it so much that the joysticks wore out and wouldn't stick to the magnets inside. Super glad I got the Geek Squad package when I bought it because they took it back, no questions asked and ordered me a brand new one since they were out of stock at the store I bought it in. If you are buying this or you're getting it for someone make sure that they can take care of the pieces that come with the controller or be prepared to buy the protection plan for it
