I really didn't use unlimited that much so I cancel it so I think I will stick with pre paid 12 month game pass core membership thank you xbox for listening

Unfortunately, I was unable to redeem the card because it wasn't from the correct region. I made several attempts to contact Best Buy through different channels, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I ended up canceling it, and I should mention that the refund was processed quickly.

Get a digital download from any other vendor if you want to redeem same day. Also, bestbuy only allows a single 12 month digital purchase for xbox gamepass, whereas other sites do not limit.

I have a week left of my ultimate game pass. I tried to add this but it wants to convert this to a 4 month ultimate pass. I’m going to wait until my current ultimate game pass expires and see what happens.

I have ordered it over 12 hours ago and still haven’t received anything. I called customer service and they didn’t answer. They’ve already taken the money out of my account so what is the hold up?

I ordered a Xbox game card digital for 12 months on January 3, 2025 and still didnt get the download number for it they said will get shortly after order but that was a lie!!! I will never order again from there

Best buy might just be the singular worst cokpany for buying digital codes on the planet i think i woukd actually trust temu more, i have been waiting over and hour and a hapf for a digital code to be emailed to me a DIGITAL CODE do not ever use best buy to buy a digital code trust me

Bought digital thinking it would be quicker than going to the store, but I was wrong. It's been an hour and still have not received the digital code. I thought the point of digital purchases was to be fast but I guess not.

Every other site delivers digital orders almost immediately. Best Buy takes 24-48 hours and only tells you that after you order and ask.

Ordered this and after 10 hours it still hasnt arrived. Called support and they said to wait even longer. Ridiculous how a simple digital order can be "delayed". Won't be using best buy for these codes afer this.

I'm at hour 12 of waiting for my redemption email. No refunds, no way to get an estimate, no explanations. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could give this no stars I would. An hour gone by and still nothing? That's ridiculous for a digital code to be sent. Absolute crap. If anyone else is interested in this do not purchase it from best buy whatever you do.

I have bought digital codes many times. The most I have waited is 15-20 minutes. I know it says give it up to 30 minutes to recieve code but its been 4+ hours and still nothing. Very sad and disappointing
