The subject does not tell you the compatibility. You can only play online if you have an xbox one. Bestbuy will not refund you or exchange. You can only play online with Gamepass games but if you purchase a game seperately, you will not be able to play online.

You can either pay 15 a month for ULTIMATE Game Pass, 10 a month for Game Pass, or 10 a month for Gold... Guess which one can't play multiplayer... UGH RIP OFF AND THEY WON'T EXCHANGE OR REFUND!!! The time left in your Xbox Game Pass membership will automatically transfer to Ultimate, which includes the benefits of Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play, and Xbox Live Gold.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you consider yourself a serious gamer, or just someone who just plays a few games a month, the Xbox Game pass is definitely for you. There are so many great game options, especially so many titles that I would have never have just bought outside of this service before playing. Usually I tend to play mostly sports games (my one feedback would be including more of these), but I was really glad I downloaded a variety of games outside of what I am used to. I would not even consider myself a serious gamer, but immediately I saw the value of this subscription with how many great games there were. I really like how you are able to search through the selection and how it is categorized based on topic, so I can easily browse. It was easy to download, however it did take a decent amount of time to fully download each game. I did experience a similar situation when I bought and downloaded Madden 18 last year, so it was nothing new. Overall, the Xbox Game Pass was easy to use, and I felt like there were always more options to try. For the price of $9.99 it is definitely worth every penny. This really changes how I go about looking for new games versus having to buy just 1 or 2 at full price and hoping I like them. Hopefully new and exciting games will continue to be available with the Xbox game pass and I will be definitely recommending this to friends and family.

Essentially it is worthless, I bought this, and then still had to spend $14.99 a month to get to Ultimate on my Xbox.
