Annoying, frustrating with EA Play

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox Game Pass forced me to use EA Play for the game I wanted to use; EA Play regular subscription is included with this. I've had issues where the game crashes because EA Play app crashes because my internet connection goes out. The game was 47GB to download and requires an internet connection to access, even though it's installed locally. Why? I'm not trying to steal anything. Fairly unpleasant experience so far. I wanted to buy a controller to use with this subscription. But after using this service for less than a week, I'm extremely frustrated with it.

Your best bet, I hate to say this, but get PS Plus. I used to advocate for Game Pass, but now it's not worth the money or the time to look at it.

STAY AWAY

I can only have 1 application open at a time (can’t have any game open with discord, spotify, chrome, etc.) without getting input lag. My keyboard will have a 30 second delay then do all keys at once when it finally catches up. When contacted IBuyPower customer support directly I was advised to reinstall windows- this did not help. My computer has since began dropping wifi. Again contacted IBuyPower and was directed to make sure my antenna on the back of the computer was screwed in. My antenna was screwed in but I took it out and put it back in to get a secure connection but did not work. Nothing but headaches and a lack of customer support.
